Food is wack service is not great but average but the food is butt. I don't know why they advertise this when what they serve is absolutely the opposite

The owners can't possibly want to run a successful business. We went today as a group of 6, 40 to 60 year old siblings. We were unsure it the Tustin store was even open for lunch. The workers are terrible for communication. They were cleaning and hardly gave us their time. Spoke very little English. Walked around like they hate life. Grouchy face, and barely gives you his time so you can order. The food was poorly prepared. Burritos undercooked cheese, no nacho sauce of burrito ordered as nacho, all tortillas wrapped poorly, nachos were This store should close and someone who wishes to be in an industry of serving tge public good food with in a pleasant atmosphere. There's nothing fresh about this place. The food was dry, cold, hard to chew, and had no flavor. The service was awful. The blonde lady that was working the register had a mean look in her face and a terrible attitude to go along with it. I stopped by at 7pm and the restrooms were already locked. I had to ask a few times before she unlocked the restroom for me to use it. This place sucks. I was excited to see one open but now I understand why they're all closing down. Disappointed. The best thing I had was the bottled coke that I grabbed from the fridge. Smh.

I went yesterday in the afternoon and a worker with blue eyes, a bun, white pale skin was the most helpful person ever. Her vibes made me want to stay longer and order more food. She deserves a raise. She treats the place like it is her own. I see her on her knees cleaning and this is the second time I’ve been lucky to run into her again. She is the best worker there really hood customer service 10/10 recommend.Kid-friendliness: she’s really good with kids too my daughter loves her

Service was not the friendliest, food has dipped in quality, but still the same Baja Fresh taste. Not many left and this isn't the best location. Baja salsa was good as always.Parking: Always spaces available when busyWheelchair accessibility: Easy counter access and handicap bathroom. All level flooring.

Great experience. In a beautiful courtyard with plenty of shade and tables/chairs. Very clean inside and greeted warmly.Ordered takeout and the cashier (Maggie) was helpful with menu questions. Thereafter my order was accurate and quickly filled. The ultimo burrito (like a fajita burrito), queso and their selection of salsas were great. It really had noticeably fresh ingredients and the burrito was huge. Will be two, possibly three meals. Definite value.Parking: Across parking lot from Lazy Dog. Easy to find!Kid-friendliness: Plenty of things kids will eat!

Baja Fresh used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Sadly not anymore.Today we ordered tacos and they were completely burned. It was not edible!!! When I took it back the lady told me that it was normal! They always look this way! I disagreed and she prepared a new plate. The chips were not burnt this time but it was not better! It wasn't properly prepared! My daughter could not eat it! I got a burrito and it was not tasty either. We spent about $25! We won't be going back.

The female manager that works evenings is a nightmare. She is rude, condescending, and seems like she’s always in a bad mood. After our second unpleasant encounter with her we will not be returning. One burrito came out cold and she refused to remake it because “we took too long to pick it up”. How was the other one hot then??

I really wish that I could give this place zero stars but unfortunately, I'm forced to have to give it at least one. It saddens me very much to write this review as the workers who cooked for and served us were my own countrymen of Hispanic heritage. But there are two types of Latino workers in this industry. Those that work their asses off to provide quality products with pride and joy and those who like to treat their work like they would their own unwiped asses: like a pigsty. This place employs the latter. Sadly, this location has absolutely no standards for quality or cleanliness, and this is coming from somebody who has worked in restaurants all their life. I'm a restaurant manager myself. I have never eaten here before, but just from this first experience, I can already tell that this business is hemorrhaging money because of the poor quality. I really wish that I had read the reviews prior to coming here. The bathroom was an absolute mess as well, even though they were an hour and a half from closing. The steak was stone cold, and it had the consistency of cardboard and rubber. My mom didn't finish her steak and she is taking it home for our dog to eat it. I'm sure she'll enjoy the jerky like piece of meat to chew on as a treat later tonight. The meat is apparently marinated for three days before being cooked but I assume that the marinade must be water because it has absolutely no flavor. Not even salt. We asked the workers to reheat one of our steak plates and they did so but we could tell that they were bothered by this request. Why would you ever be bothered by a customer asking for their food to be hot? Food that they paid for! The only explanation is that the workers must like having their food served to them in the same manner, or they could honestly care less about the customers they are serving. In either case, it's disgusting. First, from a taste standpoint. Secondly, from a HEALTH standpoint. Foodborne illnesses occur because food is kept at sub optimal temperatures and/or are not even reheated to proper temperatures to kill off bacteria that could've potentially grown. You can actually kill your customers like this. Millions of people die from foodborne illnesses each year. That's a FACT. It makes me so angry to know that places serve their food like this to guests. As someone who works in restaurants, I'm trying to be as understanding as possible, but in this case, there's absolutely nothing to try to understand. Either the owners don't care and have absolutely no standards or accountability for their team, or the managers don't care and are not even afraid of repercussions. In either case, it's deeply disappointing.

Good food. Not great. Not bad. Just ok. The carne asada in the burrito needed more flavor, spices. As did the beans.

I ordered the Chicken Diablo Burrito, which comes with spicy diablo sauce, black beans, rice, cheese, onion & cilantro mix. The burrito was good, especially with the diablo sauce being the kicker. The chicken portion was meager, which for almost $11 seems expensive. The service was excellent and my burrito was ready for me as I walked in. The store was clean and staff was friendly.
