Horrible customer service. James is by far the rudest person I have ever met, I'm surprised someone who obviously hates their job and people would be a store manager. I witnessed him speaking disrespectfully to his coworkers, and when I was ordering, he death stared at me in a very creepy way. Please do not visit this establishment, the food is not worth the experience.

I was extremely disappointed in this restaurant. I ordered pick-up for 11:15am and I wasn't able to receive my order until 11:35am.
We ordered a poke bowl and chicken katsu plate with pork dumplings. One half of our group had food related illness shortly after.
The crew was nice and apologetic, but I can't recommend this place to anyone.

I don’t typically venture to new spots for Poke but since I was in the area I decided to give Bay Poke a try. I wasn’t expecting much since i’ve been disappointed by most poke spots whether it be quality of the fish or flavors. I was happily mistaken as the poke was amazing. I would definitely get it again if i’m nearby and recommend others to try.
I eat there every day and everyone puts in whatever amount of rice and protein they want. Some can close the lid, and some make a small portion but in a medium plate. Teach them how to work, we pay money for this.

The food tastes so good, but I can't ignore the fact that I have now gotten sick from them TWICE :/ and I am not normally one to get food poisoning easily, like ever. Very unfortunate, since their poke tastes so good.
