I don’t typically venture to new spots for Poke but since I was in the area I decided to give Bay Poke a try. I wasn’t expecting much since i’ve been disappointed by most poke spots whether it be quality of the fish or flavors. I was happily mistaken as the poke was amazing. I would definitely get it again if i’m nearby and recommend others to try.
Their new chicken katsu plate is a solid, satisfying meal. The portions are generous, and the combination of the crispy chicken, savory gyoza, and refreshing salad creates a well-rounded dish. The katsu sauce is a perfect match, and the gyoza are a tasty addition to the plate. Would I order it again? Absolutely. It's a great value for the price, and the flavors hit all the right notes.
I am a regular customer at this place and every time I come here, they always give me good filling portions and fresh set of fish. I always come here when I am craving poke and recently they got a new menu for katsu. And that katsu was so crispy, tender and juicy and I remember savoring every bite. The sauces went well with katsu and the complimentary dish also went so well with katsu. The gyoza was also really crispy and good and that it really went well with katsu and the salad....
