On top of that, the staff here are always so patient and friendly. Whether I’m asking questions about the menu or customizing my order, they’re super helpful and kind. It makes the whole experience feel warm and welcoming.

The milkteas tasted like water, the employee ordering for me was only nice to those who speaks English, she literally rolled her eyes at me while ordering. 0/10 experience!

Boba was fresh.
Peach Oolong 75% sweet no ice with boba was not delicious! I have never thrown out a boba before this one. I recommend it to no one!!
Update: I’m sorry to say that ice would not improve the flavor or appeal or experience of the 75% sweet Peach Oolong tea.
I *do* appreciate being offered a re-do and tried to mitigate the review somewhat but also be truthful.
Two stars for the 100% sweet burnt caramel.

Been here a few times now. The first time, the boba was overcooked, so I've avoided getting boba after that. The peach oolong milk tea with tea cubes is my favorite, and I keep going back for just that. Be prepared for hiccups in service, though: I'm here on a hot Sunday afternoon, their POS system is down, and I'm still waiting for my drink — with a dozen other customers — after nearly one hour. Update (Oct 2024): Ordered pickup through Doordash 30 minutes ago, drinks were estimated to be ready in 15 minutes, yet two drinks are still not ready. I don't know why this location has such logistical issues with order fulfillment.
The cashier is so friendly and recommended us so many interesting drinks!
