The food was great Since the moment we approached the check-in area our experience began and it was amazing. The services was great, Ryan was an amazing server and he made sure we had a great time. Ask for Ryan if you have the chance
The best part of this restaurant was the ambience, and the yellowtail tuna poke. Filet mignon and the Sea Bass were both good, but not particularly memorable. But the biggest letdown was the service, our meal took 2 1/2 hours, only because they let us sit far far too long before we were ever approached to order food, and before we were ever approached after we finished so that we could ask for our bill. We were sat in the exclusive speakeasy area which came with a “curated” menu and a $125 per person minimum, which would have been fine if the service was good. Our waiter was very nice when he did interact with us but the problem was he was nowhere to be found most of the time. The restaurant was not busy at the time we were there. I had to walk around trying to find someone so that we could leave.. we sat with our plates empty and our wine finished for nearly 20 minutes before I got up and found someone to ask for a check.
The poke was good but very small portion with 3 chips lol. The wine needed a little time to air out. The seabass was experimental to say the least. If you think a sweet jam would go well with fish you'd like it. The ribeye was burnt, not seared but burnt and was inedible. The carrots were hard and not very flavorful. The mashed potatoes were good, not great but good. This is the first time I have ever left food, crazy bad here.
Went on Valentine's Day so it was pretty busy. Service was pretty good, took a little longer than I would like for drinks. Cocktails were excellent in taste. Food was very good overall, had some asparagus that was a little undercooked but not bad. Great vibe and ambience. Value was pretty good for Irvine. Would probably go again on a more casual night.
We were seated outside and it was cold. While there was many tables inside that stayed open. Our waiter fumbled with the heater for over half of our stay. Drinks were very slow to fill. We were served our food with no silverware and had to wait for someone to walk by to ask. Not polished at all.
We started out a bit slow as it took 15 minutes to get a Martini (which was in the wrong glass). But after that our server, Ryan, was very nice and the food was amazing. Then we had an after dinner drink at the bar and was delighted with Jamie the bartender. She made the evening even more fun. We would come back for sure.
First time to visit this place, the food and service are all good. The environment is beyond is beyond my expectation, super good. I will visit again for sure.
The restaurant decor was lovely and comfortable. The food was delicious. Our waiter, Ryan, did a great job getting beversges, appetizers and entrees served timely. My friends had some specific requests and Ryan served everthing exacly as requested and included extra plates without us having to ask. He anticipated our needs! We were celebrating 2 birthdays and Ryan gave us time to socialize and enjoy our delicious meals.
Service terrible. Too many issues. Had to constantly find waitress to ask for help. No one mentioned they valudate for parking. I used to frequent this restaurant at least monthly. Not sure I will return
Nothing seemed coordinated. Server wasn't aware of what was on the menu, other workers talking about manager not around, many items not available that were listed. Definitely not coming back here with so many other great options nearby.

Perhaps a busy evening, but the wait staff wasn't as attentive and may have forgotten to place our order or it got misplaced. We had to ask for our food after first glass of wine was already gone. This was unlike our previous visits so perhaps just an off night.
Awful service again. I liked the food and the decor so went again and the service was terrible. Such a shame since everything else was excellent.
The ambiance was a vibe! And it was not crowded at all. I really want this gem of a brunch spot to survive bc they make their own bloody mix and the food was so yummy and can cater to every diet. I particularly enjoyed the “adult green juice” which was a really cool balance of gin, mescal, and vegetal/citrus notes. Our seven year olds also really enjoyed the “simple breakfast” and the poke bowl
We went to this restaurant for our anniversary and wrote it in the reservation notes that we were celebrating. The waiter did not ask us if we were celebrating anything or acknowledge the reservation notes. He often rushed us through meals and it felt like he wanted us to leave. There was a couple very close to us celebrating their anniversary as well. However, they were offered champagne and a dessert to celebrate. They were there even after we left as well. I can't help to think this is because we are a same sex couple and the one next to us was a straight white couple. It left us feeling weird about the whole experience, especially since we really enjoyed this restaurant the first time we visited. We will not be returning unless something changes. Its a shame that LGBTQ couples face discrimination still.
Went for lunch. They were short-Staffed and was a very challenging experience. The service seemed disorganized and inefficient. Not sure how they survive. We both had steak sandwiches and they were good. Slightly tough but ok. Love the ambiance and decor!!
