Ordered 2 pizzas and cheese bread for delivery via the Blaze app. Received 1 pizza. Called the store, they said they'd figure out how much to refund and do a partial refund. No apology or offer to rush deliver it. Two days later, still no refund and they charged the card the full amount, so I called a few times, no answer. Do not order delivery from this place.

Been here a few times and the food is pretty good. The staff is very polite and professional. The ambiance is decent. You can have a normal conversation with out needing to yellow for the other person to hear lol. Pizzas come out pretty fast. I'd say about 15 minutes so make sure you're not in a rush to go anyway. I like the thin crust that they do here so I'd recommend that if you're looking to try something like that out. They got vegetarian options too!

Quiet on a weekday around 2:00 pm. Was greeted and appreciated the crew tag teamed to make the experience efficient. Plenty of custom options, everything is right in front of you and very fresh. The result was a thin crust pizza made exactly to my choices. Excellent service, clean/comfortable place to eat inside or there are shaded tables outside. Very affordable too!

I don’t understand how these places continually look worse and worse. We absolutely have loved blaze but it’s clear leadership has massive issues with keeping things in line. They are not fit for families, no kids chairs, no lids for their cups, food has gone down hill, the place is trashed. So sad to see, so much opportunity.

On friday night, I ordered a peperoni pizza. When it was ready, I asked the guy who was delivering the pizza to the customers for ranch. He, without question, and with a very disturbing look on his face, squirted my entire pizza with ranch. I told him that I wanted the ranch on the side and that he didn't even ask me if I wanted my entire pizza squirted with ranch. He huffed and puffed about it and slammed a side of the ranch on the side. I told him it's unacceptable and that I want my pizza remade. He was obviously really angry about it.
When I was waiting for my pizza to be remade, I asked the girl near the cash register for the manager. Turns out that he was the manager. By this time, he walked over and stared at me with the angriest face as if I was doing something wrong. I tried to tell him that I understood it was a busy night, and they probably didn't want to hear any complaints but it was uncalled for what he did. He didn't even care to hear what I had to say. He just cut me off, then lied. He said he offered me rancher and thought I wanted it squirted on my pizza. And that it was miscommunication and that he is already making my pizza. That was a complete lie. That's not what happened,I can't even begin to describe how unwelcoming this guys facial expression was. I can't believe a company would let their employees treat their customers like this. I'll never go back. It was an absolutely horrible experience.

Ordered two build your own pizzas online and went to the Campus location where the server told me that the oven was having issues. Asked him when they would make the pizzas and he told me about half an hour. Cancelled my order asked for a receipt which he could not give me. Asked that I take a picture of his computer screen with my cell. Declined. This is very poor. If there is a possibility of no oven then call or email the customer so they do not take the time to drive to the location and pick up pizzas. Eventually, I got an email with reversing the charges.

Wood fire pizzeria with polite staff and decent ambiance. Pizzas are ready in 10-15mins of ordering. After eating here the first few times, I felt thin crust pizzas are not my thing, and started upgrading the crust to 'rising dough' - these taste dope!
As a vegetarian, I find it best to build my own pizza and add lots of veggie toppings. Shootout to the roasted garlic and fresh mozzarella - these make the pizza delicious!
