I don’t understand how these places continually look worse and worse. We absolutely have loved blaze but it’s clear leadership has massive issues with keeping things in line. They are not fit for families, no kids chairs, no lids for their cups, food has gone down hill, the place is trashed. So sad to see, so much opportunity.

On friday night, I ordered a peperoni pizza. When it was ready, I asked the guy who was delivering the pizza to the customers for ranch. He, without question, and with a very disturbing look on his face, squirted my entire pizza with ranch. I told him that I wanted the ranch on the side and that he didn't even ask me if I wanted my entire pizza squirted with ranch. He huffed and puffed about it and slammed a side of the ranch on the side. I told him it's unacceptable and that I want my pizza remade. He was obviously really angry about it.
When I was waiting for my pizza to be remade, I asked the girl near the cash register for the manager. Turns out that he was the manager. By this time, he walked over and stared at me with the angriest face as if I was doing something wrong. I tried to tell him that I understood it was a busy night, and they probably didn't want to hear any complaints but it was uncalled for what he did. He didn't even care to hear what I had to say. He just cut me off, then lied. He said he offered me rancher and thought I wanted it squirted on my pizza. And that it was miscommunication and that he is already making my pizza. That was a complete lie. That's not what happened,I can't even begin to describe how unwelcoming this guys facial expression was. I can't believe a company would let their employees treat their customers like this. I'll never go back. It was an absolutely horrible experience.

Ordered two build your own pizzas online and went to the Campus location where the server told me that the oven was having issues. Asked him when they would make the pizzas and he told me about half an hour. Cancelled my order asked for a receipt which he could not give me. Asked that I take a picture of his computer screen with my cell. Declined. This is very poor. If there is a possibility of no oven then call or email the customer so they do not take the time to drive to the location and pick up pizzas. Eventually, I got an email with reversing the charges.

Wood fire pizzeria with polite staff and decent ambiance. Pizzas are ready in 10-15mins of ordering. After eating here the first few times, I felt thin crust pizzas are not my thing, and started upgrading the crust to 'rising dough' - these taste dope!
As a vegetarian, I find it best to build my own pizza and add lots of veggie toppings. Shootout to the roasted garlic and fresh mozzarella - these make the pizza delicious!

Food is good, but the service was disappointing. One of the employees, Aldo, was rude when we asked for a to-go bag for our pizza. We brought it up to the manager, but he didn’t even apologize or seem concerned. Disappointing experience.
Over $14 for an 8 slice basic cheese pizza. Not a bad price but the pizza misses the mark. Kind of better off just getting a frozen pizza you like.

I really liked the pizza and caesar salad that I ordered yesterday, but the one bad thing is that I got overcharged almost 8 dollars. I paid $22.07 for the lunch, but on my bank account it read $29.80.

Very rude staff especially the Asian guy who works there. He messed up my pizza by putting extra sauce in it. It was all so saucy and messed up to eat. I asked him to fix it, he rudely declined and told me i already touched my pizza so he can’t do anything. He really spoiled my dinner. It was so gross to eat that, i only had 1 slice and threw the rest of pizza. NEVER EVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!! The staff really needs training on customer service or basic manners.

The Bad: Richard was very rude. We made a simple pie and switched out one of the cheeses for another. Another employee made our pizza. When we were being rung up by Richard....He rudely barked at us that we would need to remake it or he would have to charge us extra. So we had to remake our pizza. It was how he spoke to us and his passive aggressive manner put us on eggshells. Never coming back to this location again. I quietly asked another employee for Richard's name. It clearly got back to him because when I asked for ranch, he rudely slammed it down on the counter. Other than that, food was great.
