I feel like the staff is very under motivated - and supervisor’s behavior doesn’t help at all by acting like he’s gods gift to earth. Good leaders LEAD the way, perhaps this is one reason for such staff often turnover. All of these experienced from the other side of the counter. We were here for Pi Day. Waited in line for two hours. Service was SLOW. It seems the employees are capable of working at only one pace, regardless of how busy it is. This perplexes me. Toppings were pretty skimpy, perhaps to be expected. Staff was friendly enough, I guess? Parking is a zoo nightmare.Dietary restrictions: They have a gluten-free, dairy-free crust and vegan cheese availableParking: Grab a spot in the back, behind the stores, if you can. Usually there are open spots.

Love this place. Pizza toppings are all included in price for "build your own" pizza, pick whatever you want! (Unlike that place in Woodbury charging arm & leg for an additional toppings... ?) The space is huge, nice woodsy design, workers are so friendly, service is fast, pizza is made right in front of you, ready in 5 mins.Kid-friendliness: Kids welcome! Its loud with music so kids can hang and have fun

Despite all of the reviews made before, the workers were very kind and considerate towards us. I needed to use the restroom and I offered to purchase something but they offered to just let me go ahead and use the bathroom. Furthermore, it was rainy and cold outside and they allowed us to stay in and sit while we waited for our ride. I also love Blaze pizza and their food so this place is great!

We’ve been to this location twice now and both times have had a great experience. The staff are friendly and really take their time when constructing your pizza. We’ve been to other Blaze locations where they were much more rushed in making our pizzas and it showed in the final product. We’re vegan so we get no cheese and all the veggies which they are very generous with. We love this location!!

I love Blaze because you can customize your pizza the way you like it with different sauces, cheeses, and toppings. The service is quick and the pizza comes out in a matter of minutes. There's some pretty nice outdoor seating when the weather is nice or there's plenty of indoor seating as well. I always have leftovers, and it's always good the next day.
I've been to other Blaze pizza locations so totally know what to expect.The food was great. On point. What I expected. I got a regular crust, double pepperoni, sausage, black olives, and jalapeno pizza. Really good.The issue I have is with the service. The person that helped me out never looked up. She seemed depressed. Not wanting to be there. Low voice. No energy whatsoever.We never know what people are going through in life. So we have to be sensitive to that I get it. But if you're in a customer facing position, you gotta do better.

It is last day of work before Thanksgiving Break. Don't want to cook. Blaze pizza sounds very good to me. So here we go. They have this November special for 8.99. It is basically a chicken cheese pizza with banana pepper. I ordered it last week. It was good then. And it is still good 2nd time I order it. I also ordered a build your own for my kid. They did it correctly this time. I was waiting there. They did miss the drizzle and baby arugula at first but the staff noticed it and opened the box to add them before he called out my order. All in all, good service, good food. The place was empty because I went early, way before dinner time. I saw other reviews about their service being slow and staff was stressed out. I think they have improved quite a bit since. Good job. The reason for taking a star off is the packed parking lot. It took me 15 minutes to find a spot. Even the spaces reserved for Pick Up were full. It was before 5pm!

We came in tonight with high hopes for the infamous cookies with our pizza order and they were out but the staff was kind enough to make us a fresh batch. Santiago and Liav were awesome and took care of us! 3 cookies and 2 pizzas we are happily going home!

I placed an online order and still had to wait for my pizza when I got to the store. There were no pizzas in the oven and my order was just sitting on the rack until I made a comment about my order taking long. After getting home, my croutons were soggy and not even crunchy on my salad. It was disgusting and almost seems like they made my salad hours before I placed the order. The pizza was actually good. The guy that put my order together looked very busy and was also very nice. It also looked like they were understaffed. No greets walking in but I'm not surprised when you hire a bunch of high schoolers. Ambiance was very dull. I won't be coming back to this location in fear of getting off work late and still having to wait for my dinner. So inconvenient!

Zero stars needs to be an option. I will preface this review by saying we walked in 5 minutes before closing. That being said whom ever was on shift tonight for closing ( two young girls and a young man) were so unhappy with the last few guest coming in to the restaurant. One of them went as far as to curse about the guest coming in behind us under her breath, as it had nothing to do with us we ignored it. We build our pizzas fine and all was going as it should until the girl handed off my boyfriend's pizza the the girl working the flame and told her to burn it then they both proceeded to laugh. We were at the point of paying so we heard her easily. I pointed this out to the gentleman ringing us up and he agreed there was some hostility and just kept going with checking us out. We left because no way are we giving these people our money. This is not our first time in this location but definitely the worst and the times before were bad too. If the working conditions are leading to this attitude that needs to be fixed, if that is not the case please employee good workers because as of now you deserve your yelp two star rating.
