The Vietnamese Iced coffee is perfect. It's a balanced blend of sweet and bitter. Strong as well, not sure how much caffeine it has but it has gotten me through the day plenty of times. Fast service, I got my coffee in less than 3-5 minutes.

Unfortunately, it's just ok. I ordered the Spanish Latte, nothing special. Not that friendly either.

Great coffee, but customer service is stand-off ish. They tried replacing my drink because they ran out of what I originally ordered and did not try to give me the difference as a refund until someone else spoke up for me… I don’t think she understood me the first time around, but great coffee!!!

Conveniently located in Tustin Marketplace right in front of the theater. They have plenty of seating both inside and outside with outlets inside. Service was excellent and price was reasonable. All in all a good spot that's family and dog friendly.

I was excited to finally try Blk Dot Coffee. It's been on my list of places to try because I'm always looking for good Vietnamese coffee. I opted for the iced VTM coffee. Be warned, it is bold and strong with some sweetness from the condensed coffee but that's the way Vietnamese coffee should always be! The menu has lots of other iced coffee options as well as hot coffee and teas. Food is served here as well.I came on a day where the line was long from a race that was just finishing, but the workers were pleasant and gave a time estimate when I ordered of when my coffee would be ready. The parking lot can get crowded, but there's still plenty of spaces just a bit further.

I ordered a Oreo frappe, that was so bad only mix of milk and cookie, and not worth to pay 7.5$. And in the middle of the day and warm weather it seemed like their air conditioner was not working, while their were a lot of people in there.

Loved loved loved the Vietnamese coffee/matcha drink, the coffee was so sweet (in a good way) and had a great rich flavor and the matcha, was creamy and cut the sweetness just right. Wish I could have a thousand more!

Personally, I love Vietnamese coffee so when I stumbled upon Blk Dot Coffee that specializes in it, I had to try it! I ordered the matcha VTmatcha and it was great! I still got the hint of Vietnamese coffee but the drink has strong matcha flavor as well!Inside the coffee shop was busy with people chatting or going in and out with their drink orders! There were quite a few people working so they were pushing out drinks pretty quickly which I appreciated! The coffee shop is clean and bright and a nice place to chill but a bit crowded for me as a study spot but I saw a good amount of people on their laptops!

Wild brekkie bowl was above average. Lychee tea was pretty good

This makes me sad to write, however I think my experience is important here. I've come into this location roughly 7 times over the past couple weeks. my first couple drinks and experience were great, however it went downhill after that. After my initial experience, the baristas have always behaved as if they were tired or were simply just rude. Being civil isn't that hard and I treated them with kindness and experienced none in return. The drinks were also...not great. I've worked as a consultant in specialty coffee for over 5 years and it sucks to say that this place served me drinks that were far too hot with shots that were consistently over-extracted (i.e "burnt"). With some training and better management (and staff likely) this place could be a gem. However it's not. Blk Dot, I had high hopes for you- I"ll return in a couple months and hopefully things are better:)

Espresso beans they use here seems to be very heavily roasted and not really suiting to my taste. Even in a hot latte it tastes super bitter, borderline burnt with a very strange aftertaste.
