Not even one star is deserved. I went there around 8:40 PM on Saturday. The door was locked, and although there was an employee cleaning inside, they completely ignored me. I thought maybe I had the wrong time, so I checked the store hours posted on the window. It clearly said closing time was 9 PM !!!!

Came as soon as it opened and the service was slow. Only one lady was working by herself. I felt bad for her but her manager needs to have more staff working. About 40 minutes in then someone else came. On a positive note popcorn chicken was amazing.

I come to this shop multiple times a week. Definitely, my favorite place to go for Boba. Give this place a try and you won't be disappointed.
The boba here was amazing. I really loved the service because I had lost my wallet somewhere and they took the time out of their day to try and help me look for it. The building made me feel really comfortable and laughed when me and my friend got order number 100 and 1

Ordered Oolong Tea with Boba.. twice already.. first time - It was okay. Even though the owner/manager kept saying tea is very strong... well.. it was average. second time on 10/6 - it was so water down.. I asked if the tea can be stronger, but the gal said the tea is all pre-made. The boba are very sweet. I would suggest that you try the oolong tea from Feng Cha Teahouse and adjust your tea accordingly.

This was my first time ordering from this shop. I got paper like stuff out of my boba?! Not sure why this is happening since other people had commented on food contamination in their review.

The rewards system made me frustrated. The cashier never explained it. After I found out and asked, she told me that I can register it but I could not collect rewards after my purchase. Then next time I self ordered the drink in the machine. After I was done, the cashier told me that the reward system was different from the cashier check out. I could not get the reward point! Then today, my kid went ahead to order the drink, and after my kid paid and asked the cashier (same) the reward, she said we had to enter the reward number before! OK, why dont you tell us the whole story in the beginning?? So i lost 5 drink points in total so far!
