I had an oat milk chai latte that was delicious. However, the breakfast was equivalent to a free
breakfast that hotels provide. The potatoes were bland, cold, and unseasoned. The sausage was hard to chew and had an odd taste.
Nothing had flavor and did not taste fresh.

I am unsure where all of the positive reviews come from because my experience was a complete opposite.

We went to BR after church today, and told 45 minute wait for table. OK, not happy, but we wanted to give it a try and we were there.
We were seated at about 40 minutes, so we were happy.
Very nice waitress took our order of pancakes, and a basic All American Breakfast. Simple, right?
30 minutes later, the warm pancakes arrived that appear to have been sitting for a while. No bacon, eggs, potatoes & toast-but it was coming. The wife pushed around the sad excuse for pancakes, and the waitress(again a good one!) explained that my breakfast was coming soon and took the pancakes back, seemingly knowing that they were no good.
Ten minutes later, no pancakes, no bacon, no eggs and no apology.
We left, as there was no way this was going to turn out too good for anyone.
We did leave a nice tip for the waitress, as this was not her fault and she was clearly not happy with the kitchen.
Big Sunday crowd at noon, but I do not recall anyone overly happy with the food or overall experience.
It is a shame, as the location is perfect in so many ways.
I guess that I will never know if the food is good or not, as I will not waste 2 hours ever again to find out.

the breakfast bacon mac n cheese is amazing!! my favorite off the menu. the portion size was perfect and i even had some leftovers to take home!! also, i appreciate how affordable everything was, pretty great for the price and portion i would say.

This place is great, it’s cool the whole restaurant is on theme. The staff is friendly and attentive if you need anything and food is delicious.

Our party of 6 enjoyed our breakfast here. The micheladas were good, my breakfast was delicious. I changed my selection based on our servers recommendations. Gloria was very friendly and did a great job breaking down the menu and the favorites for us. I had the breakfast burrito and I was not disappointed. Thank you Gloria and the rest of the staff that took great care of us! We would definitely return and recommend breakfast republic.

Jessica was an amazing host! Very helpful and friendly. We came in with a baby and she was very pleasant and loved her energy. Definitely coming back just off her service alone. Oh and the food was great too!
