This is hands down the best place to brunch in Irvine. I had the Shrimp Ricotta & Frittata and it was perfect. they serve a cinnamon coffee that is just wonderful. I highly recommend this Breakfast Republic. By the way, there usually is a wait so be prepared.

Well if that wasn’t one of the best scrambles I’ve ever had.The potatoes are def lack luster. And their “ketchup sauce” is probably an acquired taste that I don’t have yet. But that scramble was freaking delicious.

I was very unimpressed with the food. I'd heard a lot about Breakfast Republic and wanted to try it. First of all it was oversalted. I actually like salt so it takes a lot for me to say that. And I ordered the turkey meatloaf hash breakfast. The menu describes it as having spinach and that was one of the main reasons I wanted to order it and it had literally one leaf of spinach in it. also, we waited a good amount of time, about 45 minutes, for a table and had requested inside seating. Yet they still seated us outside. I wouldn't have minded that except they don't even open their umbrellas and it was very uncomfortable. I definitely would not recommend this Irvine location. I live in Long Beach and there is a Breakfast Republic here. Maybe I'll give it a try and see if that one's better, but I don't recommend the Irvine location and do not think the food is that good or it's a good value for the price.
Super tasty breakfast/brunch location for UCI students. Ordered the mac and cheese with jurrasic pork. Super cheesy and tasty. Eggd were also super well
