My boyfriend and I made reservations for Valentine's Day about 3-4 weeks in advance because we figured they would fill up quickly. Our reservation was at 8pm we got there around 7:50. Immediately upon arriving we noticed several parties crowding waiting to get sat. We heard one man ask if they were waiting reservations to which they said they were. We witnessed the hostess tell two different parties that they were next in line. Despite having a reservation for Valentine's Day we were still expected to wait which I found weird because the point of a reservation is to avoid that waiting time before being sat. I also watched as a man rightfully got irritated because two parties who got there after him were sat before him. Ten minutes after our scheduled reservation we left to celebrate elsewhere since it seemed like they weren't respecting reservations. We got a text message at 8:30, 30 minutes after our scheduled reservation, saying our table was ready. This isn't my first time coming to this Brio and usually their service is great but last night just wasn't good. Overall ruined Valentine's Day dinner, ended up going elsewhere.

It’s like a fancier version of Olive Garden.

What a cool place, went to spectrum with friends and everything was slammed, happened to notice this place and went in, was greated with a smile 😃 and we all sat at the bar and promptly served and food options are great! I'd recommend this place for sure.

I’ve been visiting this place with my family for many years. It has a great atmosphere and an excellent menu. I highly recommend their signature dishes, along with many other delicious options. The staff is consistently friendly and very attentive.

We walked in and there was nobody at the front station. We waited and hoped a person would show up. She did and answered the phone before acknowledging us. She said she was setting up our table and disappeared again. She came back, sat people outside and went to finish setting up our table. Other people walked in and then left during this time. Finally sat down, our waitress was over fairly quickly but then disappeared for a long while. We should have just left. We ordered and food was out in a reasonable amount of time. I had the chicken and spinach fettuccine Alfredo. The chicken was not fresh and very chewy. The spinach was just tossed on top. The sauce lacked any real flavor. Spouse had the lasagna which he said was not proportional with meat to noodle to sauce ratio. I never saw a manager. There was a guy in the kitchen in just a t-shirt. I saw no bussers, the servers were doing it. I'm not sure if they were short staffed or just terrible management, or both, but we won't be going back and I don't suggest you go.
This review focuses not on the food or ambiance, but rather on the disappointing service we encountered at the conclusion of our dinner. We were celebrating a birthday, and my aunt inquired if it would be possible to have a small cake or something simple for the birthday person to blow out candles and make a wish. After some time, the waiter returned with a full-sized cake. We were puzzled and wondered if someone at our table had ordered it, but no one had. We assumed we would just be charged for it. After the candles were blown out and the cake was cut, we discovered it was actually intended for another table. My aunt questioned the waiter about it, but his response was rude and disrespectful. He remarked, “If you knew that wasn't your cake, why didn't you say anything?”—implying it was our fault the cake was delivered to us. The waiter, Michael, seemed to be in a hurry the entire time, which we understood given the restaurant's busyness, but his demeanor was entirely unacceptable. From our side, we inquired about the cake because we felt guilty and wanted to replace it for the other table that had ordered it. Nevertheless, Michael remained rude and even interrupted his manager, who was attempting to assist in resolving the issue. Although they ultimately permitted us to keep the cake, the experience had already tainted the celebration. After the way the waiter addressed us, it was hard to continue enjoying the occasion. Having worked in the same industry for many years, I recognize how hectic and stressful it can be. However, the manner in which you communicate and convey a message is crucial. We settled our bill and left shortly thereafter.
Went for happy hr with some friends. Enjoyed flatbread, salads and some cocktails. Everything tasted great and were a great value. Def recommend!
I was not able to dine at the restaurant because I could not find a parking space. I arrived at the Spectrum 30 minutes before my dinner reservation. I drove through the parking structure for 30 minutes and left after not finding a parking space.

I recently dined at Brio Italian Grille and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. If you are looking for authentic flavors and a high-quality meal, this is definitely the spot.
I ordered the Grilled Chicken Marsala, and it was exceptional. The chicken was perfectly cooked tender and juicy but the real star was the Marsala sauce. It was incredibly flavorful, rich, and savory without being overwhelming. You can tell they use quality ingredients.
You can’t go to an Italian restaurant and skip the bread! We ordered the bread and butter, and it was the perfect start to the meal. The bread arrived fresh with a great crust, and the butter was smooth and delicious. It’s a simple thing, but they do it right.
Between the delicious food and the great service, Brio remains one of my top choices for a nice dinner. I’ll definitely be coming back for that Marsala!

The Caesar chicken salad was great. Spaghetti with shrimp was ok, but it was on the dry side. Service was great.
Great server. Excellent food, ambiance. Like that it was quiet. Wish that bread was free as it used to be. Had to park far away since went on Saturday afternoon at 4:00 - I'll try to go next time at less busy hour and day.
I always love going to happy hour at Brio. The service is great, and the food is pretty good.
The place was great, I loved the chicken Alfredo with spinach. Definitely a need to try. The servers were great, and the selection of food was outstanding.
