Great server. Excellent food, ambiance. Like that it was quiet. Wish that bread was free as it used to be. Had to park far away since went on Saturday afternoon at 4:00 - I'll try to go next time at less busy hour and day.

It took an extremely long time to get our cocktails once we placed our order. We ordered 2 appetizers. Everyone enjoyed the flatbread was extremely disappointed about the calamari. We mentioned it to the manager and he removed it from the bill. Our son ordered the lamb and commented that it was very fatty. At $47.00 that was disappointing. Lastly ,,, I was emailed a $20.00 coupon. Not good on Christmas Eve!!! Seriously ,,, if you're going to send a coupon don't play...

We had a really pleasant visit to BRIO Italian Grille. The service stood out — friendly, attentive, and well-timed without feeling rushed. Our server was knowledgeable and made helpful recommendations, which we appreciated. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, making it a nice spot for a relaxed meal. While the food was good overall, the wait to get seated was long even with reservation, which is why I'm giving it four stars instead of five. Overall, solid experience...
