The staff and service are great. Bagels are good. Everyone in the office loves them. They even get a stamp of approval from the New Yorkers.
$8.69 for egg and cheese. This is possibly a $3 bagel with less than budget-hotel quality eggs. Yes, living in Southern California is expensive but this is not worth it. Unfortunately at 530 AM the choices are bleak.
The best bagels in the industry, hands down. But I knocked off a star because they were asking for tips. You put a couple of bagels in a bag. That is what your hourly wage goes towards. This whole tip thing is getting out of hand. If you want to make tips, do something extraordinary, or at the very least, very least, above and beyond what you're getting paid to do.
The worst of the worst place to be , the lady and the assist. Mgr , are so lazy and my order marked as ready for pick up and i had to wait another 20 min , instead of chitchatting and doing nothing they could have worked harder for my order .

I get a sandwich here once or twice a week for lunch. I don’t understand the negative reviews about the staff - they are always really nice to me and do a good job.

Nothing like paying 12 dollars for a burnt, dry bagel with microwaved bacon

I visited Bruegger's Bagels for the first time when I was in the area for a business meeting. It was the only café or coffee shop open at 7 a.m. I ordered a cheese bagel with honey and walnut cream cheese. It was so good that I ordered another one—a Vermont breakfast sandwich. Both were absolutely delicious! I was so impressed by the quality and flavor of the bagels that I ended up ordering a box for the people at the business meeting. Bruegger's Bagels is a best-kept secret in California. I wish they had one in the Inland Empire, where I work and stay when I am in town.

The coffee isn't good. Bagels hit the spot. The jalapeno cream cheese is delicious

I make a phone order so i can get in and get out.. don’t sit there and make other orders while mine is ready for checkout. Get me the F outta there with my food instead of standing around watching it get cold. Otherwise thank you for great food and service nearly every other time 👍

Horrible customer service. Don't care about people waiting in line in the store. It's all about phone in and online orders.

Ordered a breakfast bagel, which I found tasty but was charged $14. The guy behind the counter was unfriendly and annoyed that I didn't tip for takeout. Poor customer and expensive.

Came here on a Sunday morning at 7:15am.
Place was completely empty.
The two gals behind the counter were friendly but pretty quiet. When we walked in (we had never been to a Bruegger’s before), my husband and I kinda stood there looking at the menu for awhile. The gals quietly stood there, waiting for us to order.
They have a HUGE variety of bagels! Cinnamon sugar, chocolate chip, cranberry, cheese, jalapeno, hashbrown, everything, etc. Lots to choose from!
We ended up ordering two breakfast sandwiches, 6 bagels (originally was going to order 4 but the one gal advised me I could get two more for $1 more - well done!), and two coffees to-go. A friendly gentleman came out from the back to ring us up.
Overall, the service was decent. The bagels were pretty good. I was a little disappointed that we found out (after we left) that they accidentally swapped our bagels for our sandwiches. My husband got my bagel (5 cheese) for his sandwich and I got his bagel (the hashbrown one) for my sandwich. They must’ve accidentally switched them when they pulled the bagels from the toaster and then built the sandwiches. So that was a bummer - but it was ok. Accidents happen.
Overall, good quick convenient stop for breakfast bagels /sandwiches!

The people behind the counter making the food could be a little more friendly and smile when they are helping a customer. The cashier guy was a very sweet, nice friendly worker. The rest of the team can use some training. I only scored a 3 due to the cashier.
