Each time I've stopped by this location (and others), workers seemed unwelcoming and disgruntled. So, I stopped giving them my business and switched to another local bagel shop with better service and menu choices. Lately my company has been ordering bagels from this location for delivery every Friday and on MULTIPLE occasions they forgot the cream cheese. Shady, if you ask me.Either their managers have to hire better employees, or corporate needs to hire better managers because this customer service model is a joke. Or maybe just wait til this place goes out of business altogether. Management needs to stop copying and pasting excuses onto their negative reviews and take action on what's causing them. SMH.

$7.50 for ONE bagel and cream cheese is a joke. You can get (2) 6 packs of bagels at a grocery store and cream cheese for that price. No meat... No eggs.. just a bagel with cream cheese. Embarrassing. Do better

Bagels galore. My love for a lox bagel sandwich was completely satisfied. Lox and a poppy seed untoasted - Delicious!!The staff is friendly and efficient. The location is convenient.Comparable to Noah's bagels, but slightly more authentic NY bagel. Noah's are more chewy.

Great sriracha honey breakfast bagel sandwich, good coffee, good service, and quick service despite being busy. Needed a quick bite before grabbing a train close by and almost didn't come to Bruegger's because of some of the reviews. Honestly confused about the negative reviews because I had a great experience, would come back, and would recommend.

Usually I come here and it's fine! However today I came, I ordered something different. I had the jalapeño and cheese bagel with crème cheese and an iced coffee. After I ate it, I got really sick with food poisoning. I got it in the late morning so first thing I ate. I'm not sure if it was a bad bagel or coffee idk. The bagel did taste stale. Just triple check dates and everything.

Honestly I'm surprised! With all the negative reviews, I was a bit skeptical. But my best friend highly spoke of this place and I happened to be craving bagels, so we stopped by for lunch after class. This location wasn't too busy (I bet it's more crowded in the morning), but I'm glad cause it was super peaceful and the service was fast; we were in and out within 3-4 minutes! The workers making the bagels were fast and efficient and I believe that John checked us out. He was so nice and sweet and made light conversation with me and my friend, which is always great (coming from a person who also works in the service industry). There's also a nice shady area outside filled with open tables and seats (since it's near a business area) which is always a plus. The bagel I got was the brisket egg sandwich which was superb. I saw some people in prior reviews complaining about the texture of the cream cheese, but I personally loved it! The flavor was great, there were some bits of bell peppers (I believe) in the cream cheese, and the overall "bite" of the sandwich was phenomenal. I was so famished and it really hit the spot. I also got the iced cooler coffee, which is like an iced coffee with milk and maybe a vanilla syrup. It's not mind blowing but it's still good coffee and I was satisfied. I also bought a hash brown and truth be told it's not anything to write home about but the bagels are the star (as they should be). Anyways, I'll be coming back and despite the comments you should really give this place a try!! Brisket House Egg Bagel Sandwich: 9/10 - bagel texture is great and the cream cheese flavor was phenomenal -brisket wasn't bad (not mind blowing and not much flavor but it still worked with the sandwich) Hash-browns: 4/10 - when I think of hash-browns, I think of crispy grated potatoes with a fluffy inside. I don't really care about the shape as long as it's good - the best way I can describe their hash-browns is like instant mashed potatoes mixed with cheddar cheese and baked in muffin tins - it's soft, not crispy at all, and the flavor was bland/not good but it's a bagel place and the bagels were again the star, so I'll base my review solely on that Iced Cooler Coffee: 6/10 - not bad, it was a little watered down in flavor (not strong coffee essence) but it left me satisfied

Polite friendly staff and good bagel sandwiches. Herby Turkey is the best.

Took me almost 6 months to find a decent bagel place but you got me as a forever customer now.
