I've never ever been charged to make substitutions, but they are greedy here and nickel and dime you. It's very understandable if I wanted to add cheese, or bacon, or avocado to a burger that doesn't come with any of those, but I was being charged 80 cents to add some pickles and raw onions to my burger -- very traditional items on burgers.... been there many times, today they lost a customer

This was my first time at Burger lounge so I tried the original burger, which was very good, I suggest you get it if you haven’t. I also tried the crispy chicken sandwich, which is not as good as the burger. The chicken was a little bit dry and wanting of something more maybe sauce or maybe lettuce I’m not sure. But as far as the restaurant itself goes, it’s well managed and clean and the Atmosphere is happy and makes you want to come back.

My first and last time here!! Just picked up a burger with avocado bacon and fries. The burger tasted oily and patty was black, no taste. Looked like it's been sitting on their grill corner for a while. There was some smashed avocado added with a piece of bacon, nothing else. Fries tasted old, seemed to be reheated. Horrible experience.

I asked the cashier about if the thousand islands that was on my burger was vegan or not because recently I noticed that it was different than what you would normally offer and I was served something that wasn’t vegan on my last visit.
She said yes sometimes supply chain issues make us switch dressing but we don’t tell always tell customers because we don’t know if they’re actually allergic OR JUST VEGAN. The insinuation that feeding someone something without their consent is extremely troubling I couldn’t believe she would say that.

A Fresh and Flavorful Experience at Burger Lounge I recently had a fantastic meal at Burger Lounge and was thoroughly impressed. I ordered the turkey burger, which was a real standout. The patty itself was incredibly juicy and packed with flavor, and it was perfectly complemented by the fresh onions, crisp lettuce, and ripe tomato. The sauces added a nice finishing touch. The meal came with a side of fries that were fresh and perfectly cooked. I also ordered an iced tea, which was great on a warm day, and I appreciated the free refills. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Burger Lounge to anyone looking for a high-quality, flavorful burger. The food was excellent and the service was efficient, making for a perfect lunch.

On a family vacation and my daughter wanted a burger for lunch. Instead of going to a typical drive thru fast food chain we stumbled upon burger lounge. It was delicious!
Burger lounge is simply amazing. Their impossible Burger was just awesome and service was out of this world. I wanted to have their delicious onion rings and it was past their closing time still they were gracious enough to entertain me (when they did but need to). I just loved the place and service and ambience. Is give them a hundred stars ?
