The regular 85 C was as good as always for our orders but the espresso with separate cup of ice was messed up The line was long for people to buy bakery so 3 orders of coffee took too long and when they had to fix our messed up order there was another wait We wouldn’t come back tomorrow since other coffee places nearby offered better and faster service with nicer environment and Wednesday discount on drinks

Although the bakery and pastries look nice and appetizing, they’re not very flavorful at all! We bought several varieties of pastries and cookies. All of them were bland with very little substance of the indicated flavoring/ingredient.

Sandwich Cart. It's delicious, but it takes about 10 to 20 minutes to order a sandwich, and most are over $10, which is quite expensive.
I loved the set up of this bakery. You walk in, grab a tray and some tongs and walk through some aisle and just pick out the things that look and sound good. I ended up buying about 8 or so pastries and they were all delicious. I also got an iced milk tea that was very tasty. Would definitely recommend stopping in here if you want something sweet or savory.

If I could give zero star, I would! Horrible customer service ever. I called few days ago to order a cake for a birthday party today and I was told it was not necessary as I have plenty of cakes. I asked twice as I wanted to make sure I had the mango cake for the birthday party. So today I went to the store and there only one cake left and NO MANGO CAKE!. Whoever was at the counter could not care less that I did NOT have a birthday cake and I had a party tonight. I left scrambling for dessert for the party. I called the store and someone by the name of Victory identified himself as the manager. I told him what happened and he said that probably whoever told me not to order the cake in advance was "scrambling and did not know what to do". What kind of answer is that???? Instead of saying that what happened should not have happened and in the future it will not happen again. I actually had to tell this to the manager. Zero customer service. I also should note that this place is very poorly managed. Every time I go there is maybe one person at the counter, one at the register and a super long line of customers waiting. Another reason for avoiding this place. I will not go back and I will make sure to let people I know how poorly this place is run. AVOID IT!
