That Lavender Coffee Was Like Brain Enhancement! Especially at this Bank Joint, felt like i was getting my coffee financed, let me know when that Franklin Washington Rosemary Coffee comes out!

This Capital One Cafe is conveniently located in the Spectrum Mall. It offers a nice hangout spot and as thus is somewhat more crowded than the regular Capital One Cafes. I got a Matcha Latte. It was decent, somewhat milkier than it strong.
