Store manager, manager assistant and all their crew members very nice, friendly always greet 😀 you with smile on their face. Dining room, restrooms, fountain ⛲️ drinks and counter very clean. I ordered a Barbiecue chicken 🐔 combo at lunch time ⏲️ and I enjoyed it.

Today I had an issue with a mobile order where it set my order location to a franchisee more than 500 miles from my home instead of my local Carl's Jr. I attempted to reach that franchisee and was unable to make contact (numbers provided were unable to connect). I spoke to Mary at Carl's branch #96 at the corner of Culver and Michelson and was told that there is no way to cancel through the app. However, Mary went above and beyond and made my order anyways. This level of customer care is a much appreciated and a lost art. Thanks Mary!

Excellent customer service consistently provided at this location. I am a frequent visitor and have never been disappointed. The staff demonstrates a commendable level of friendliness and helpfulness. On my most recent visit, there was a brief wait for my food order, but the team went above and beyond to acknowledge the delay and extend their apologies. Furthermore, the management at this location is notably attentive and ensures that all customers receive exceptional care. 5 stars all around!
The meat was not cooked good, there was no taste to the sandwich or even the sauce.. and the bathroom was disgusting. Very bad experience with the food in this restaurant

I didn't like this restaurant for two reasons. First, I got a sandwich and a drink, but then I looked and saw that they had put out a combo sandwich for me. When I protested, they lied to me and said, "I told you you wanted a combo, you said 'yes'." Usually, no one complains about this and customers are charged more. Second, the food was so greasy that it was dripping with oil.
