Luna was the best Host I've had at ANY Restaurant in a long time, 5 Stars
Thanks to Luna our experience was saved. José, who took our order, seemed bothered by our visit. Kept rushing us and giving us an attitude the entire time. We came on a Friday evening at 6:30 with us being the only customers in the lobby so it’s not like we were holding up a line or anything. Charged us a little over $11 by not listening to my order or taking off the free slushy from the app that my son ordered. Luna stepped in and made the experience much better and refunded us the difference. We already stopped visiting the Woodbury location because they always mess up the order and have a bad attitude more often than not. Hope that’s not going to be the case for this location.

My local Carl’s Jr is amazing. I had an order for my family with Items That had special modification requests and my order was exactly as we hoped. Luna, the employee who helped us at the drive-through window was friendly and helpful. She answer questions about the mobile app so I would be able to use it in the future. Overall, this was a wonderful experience at the end of a stressful day.
