I asked for the original chicken sandwich and the lady gave me the CHARboiled chicken sandwich which is just a healthy version of the original, didnt say a word after i got it I just lost my appetite and was super disappointed, i dont play about my food and i didnt want to be an asshole 😭

This is the worst Carl's jr. for me. I ordered online but they gave me wrong food. she is non English speaking, couldn’t understand my order. Repeated the wrong order.

I love Carl's Jr burgers in general, but the reason I am giving this store a 5, is customer service. They gave me a wrong sandwich and I didn't find out until I got home. I called the store and I was instantly told that I can come by to pick up a free combo for the inconvenience. I went in the next day and explained what happened. They made me the order for free and no questions asked!

I went to the Carl's Jr next to Bass Pro in Irvine, it was clean, had friendly employees, and the fries are awesome if people are looking for a McDonald's alternative and their classic burger is way better than any burger at McD's.

Honestly amazing cashier! She was super nice and friendly, like it made the experience great. Her name was Pari I believe but great worker and super nice. Good was great too and everything inside was clean as well. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area! :)
