For years, Carl's was my fallback... superstar with cheese, zucchini fries and a shake, one of the few that don't taste like hydrogenated plastic. But the brilliant brand managers decided they don't need superstars anymore...I guess they don't need me either. Take the staples off the menu, lose your loyal customers... I'm out.

This is the first time I've been to this Carl's Jr. on Technology Drive in Irvine, and have to say, with total honesty, I was impressed and so was my son. We went through the drive-up today at about 10:17 am, and the lady who helped us, "Paris," was very friendly, courteous, and provided more-than-expected service. The food was prepared right, but the lasting impression goes to Paris. Why can't everyone is this industry provide customer service like this? It couldn't be that difficult could it??? Anyways, thank you Paris for making our 1st-time visit such a pleasant and memorable experience. Your boss needs to know how well you represent the company. Thank you and God bless you.

Amazing friendly staff and tasty club Chicken sandwich
It seriously took 12-15 minutes to get food. Food was standard carls food but there was only one other person in the dining room. Maybe the drive through was their priority. Nice restaurant but you better be patient if hungry.
