I’ve been at this location three times now hoping for better customer service but was unsatisfied yet again. The server mentioned multiple times they are out for the day of side items but come to find out she did not want to check in the back for sides that were empty like Persian cucumbers, Romain lettuce, ripe avocados are not ripe and always hard when ordered. After a different server brought out the sides we asked if we can add them on the side and was asked to pay extra when she had just mentioned they were out when our orders were being prepared. Drinks were flavorless and overall experience was disappointing. I don’t write reviews but this is sad to experience since I really enjoy cavas menu.

My go-to spot for when I’m craving some chicken and rice! Portions are great compared to Chipotle, and I love the variety of flavors you get from all the toppings. The staff is super nice too, Natalee hooked me up with some pita chips to enjoy with my food!! The lines can get long at times, but you can order ahead with the app too.
