The cleanliness of this Irvine location is zero. Forget tables, the floors are sticky. I can only imagine how bad their kitchen would be. Like others have suggested, the portions are way less at this location. Tried it twice in different weeks and different days. It was the same experience. So not a one-off. The Fullerton location on Chapman is wayyy better in hospitality in general. Might as well drive there.

Odd experience. Portion was much less than other locations I have been to. Could barely find the small bits of steak, which I paid extra for. There was quite a bit of food container/prep clutter on the counter in the prep area which is highly visible to patrons who are leaving the checkout area and eating. As I was eating my meal, I was watching an employee mix up raw meat in a large plastuc container. The entire customer area is unkempt from the drink and utensil section to the trash to the ladies room, including floors and tables. Oh and then there's the loud music. Appears very disorganized and on the dirty side. Will not be eating there again
