I love Cava and their food, but the service at this location is awful. I have taken to placing my online order and showing up 15 minutes after the designated pickup time because they are always behind on their online orders. The line inside the restaurant is always to the door and takes forever to get through. Today I placed my order for pickup at 12, showed up at 12:15, and then waited until just before 12:30 before they called my name. There were at least 5-7 other people also waiting for their orders. It's a problem when it would have been faster for me to drive over, wait in line and get my food that way instead of placing an online order and showing up to pick it up 15 minutes after it should have been ready. The employees themselves are nice and just doing their jobs, so I'm not sure if this is a staffing issue, training issue, or how the restaurant is laid out, but there has got to be a way to make the lines go faster and get people's orders out without clogging the front of the restaurant with people waiting.
