Cha for tea is a long time legend! Before boba was popular that was the only spot to get milk tea! The food is delicious and so are the drinks! Glad to see it's still busy!
almond black tea had unexpected licorice taste which i didnt like :( wish i knew
Good spot for a quick bite.
My fave milk tea spot, makes me happy
Had Matcha Latte! Boba was there but not sure about Matcha or Latte.
The older gentleman who seemed to be the manager should go back and review his customer service 101 handbook. Cashier did not enter my popcorn chicken order. I didn't know that and when I inquired, he said it wasn't ordered. So I paid for it, which is fine, but he had an annoyed look. No sorry or anything.
Later, I witnessed another customer where they messed up her drink. They put 2 pumps of syrup when they requested for 0. Manager refused to remake the drink.
I like how they have a choice between cubed and crushed ice. Crushed ice is great for summer cooling and cubed for DoorDash where the transit time is longer.
Atrocious quality of teas and lattes, but I met my wife here, so I am conflicted.
excellent establishment, super affordable and great portions
I went here a lot a while ago, and while the quality has dipped a tiny bit, I'm happy to report cha for tea is still a good place to eat. The teas are very tasty, and the crispy chicken plate is a classic. The chicken is a bit cartilaginous, and the rice is too dry for my taste, but everything is seasoned great, and the sauce enhances everything. Great place!
I feel obligated to make a pleasant update: while visiting again, a trainee made a mistake with my order and after confirming I wasn't charged for an extra item I had asked for, I left and was chased down by the supervisor, who emphatically offered the same drink on the house. He made it on the spot exactly how I liked it. Its customer service like this that elevates consumer perception, and that's why I'm raising my initial review to a 5.

I’m sorry but what in the boba is this. I feel like milk tea is the most easiest drink to make. So I don’t know how they manage to send off a drink with literally just milk. If I wanted to wash down my food with straight up milk I would’ve just milked my cow in my backyard. Now this drink is undrinkable and unthinkable. I gasped at this drink when I received it. Yes I mixed the little brown syrup at the bottom and it didn’t do anything. Like why was this acceptable to send off or even make in the first place? First and last time I’m ordering here…
Boba spelled backwards is Babo and it means stupid in Korean so I always wondered why bubble tea stands for boba in the States
Opens until midnight!
I ordered a hot tea. It was prepared in a microwave. That's embarrassing. No shade to the employees, they're just doing what they were trained to do, but the owners need to rethink this in my opinion. I will wait for freshly brewed tea over microwave tea any day of the week. I'm not coming here again.
The milk tea and chicken are so good here!
