The boba texture is always on point- chewy but soft. Cha for tea's almond milk tea is top tier. They work really fast and have a lot of employees making drinks. It's located in the University Town Center so there's usually a line around dinner time and after. The boba is reasonably priced and they also have snacks as well! The popcorn chicken is good. Although, the portion is small. You can also adjust sweetness, which I'd highly recommended. I typically get 2 pumps of sweetener instead of 5 for the large cup.

I was craving for boba and for a sweet drink and Cha for tea satisfied both. I don't do caffeine and they have a few lists of drinks under caffeine free. Of which brown sugar milk drink was my favorite. Medium size was small for me so I will recommend getting a large(about 50c difference) if you are thirsty. Also got their popcorn chicken and Cajun sweet potato fries. They were so-so and the quantity was less(~$6 for each). Service was quick. They have a few drinks to taste samples. Always a line and the crowd dies down after 2pm.
Cha for Tea at UTC is a bustling place for all the college students and locals to get their late night fix of boba. I'm definitely one of those people. With a bright and welcoming atmosphere, Cha for Tea has samples of their teas to try while in line and great staff at the counter. My favorite drink here is their mango green tea with boba and it NEVER disappoints!! So flavorful and their boba is such a sweet chewy texture, I absolutely love it. This is a must try boba stop for all you boba lovers!

We ordered online through QR code and pick up in person. Tried the Honey Green Milk Tea with 2 pumps and less ice. It's the first time I have seen a place that allows you to select sweetness based on the number of pumps instead of sweetness percentages. We also added a 1/2 of honey boba. The honey boba wasn't as large and it was soft and warm. It was good. The popcorn chicken was good too. We got med spicy.

We have been coming to Cha For Tea For years. Not only are their drinks delicious, but so is their food! They have good boba here too. Some places the boba isn't good,but here it's delicious. And if you don't like your drinks too sweet just tell them to adjust the sweetness. The employees are always nice too so that's a plus!
