Being absolutely famished after a plane ride, my buddies and I sought a place to satiate our hunger at low costs. Diligently scanning the google maps, I stumbled upon checkers. We walked the short distance from the airport and were greeted warmly by the employees. They have an extensive menu, but I decided to try their Bacon Avocado Burger. The burger was warm and had ample amounts avocado and bacon. Got a can of soda and only spent $8.52. Truly a delightful meal. Thank you Checkers...
Place is very convenient for people working in the high rises of Irvine. Can call in your order and it’s done by the time you get there. Food is fresh and they have a great selection of snacks and beverages.
They need to change their name to Checkers Grill on Google maps. I walked 15 minutes for the national chain Checkers, not a random sandwich shop. No I didn't look at the photos because the name recognition. Went over to Carl's Jr instead.
