This Irvine University CFA location seems to have the worst service and attitude. We placed a curbside pick up order on the app and it showed that the order was in process and would be delivered by CFA staff to our car. Waited and then saw the order disappear on our phone, but shows up in the history so we assume that the app shows that our order was completed.
Went inside to ask about our orders and it's sitting on the pickup counter. Asked the female employee and she picks up the bags and says here's your order, but I said it was supposed to be curbside and how long have the bags been there/is the food cold? She didn't seem to care but said she'd have them re-make the order and took the bags to the back and returned within a couple of minutes and handed me two bags. Not sure if the sandwiches were really re-made, but just took the bags and wanted to get out of there with the employee's sour attitude that we inconvenienced her.
We can't wait for our regular CFA location to re-open, as the service at the other location is so much friendlier and efficient from the employees and management. This Irvine University CFA s management and employees are indifferent and act like the customer's are bothersome.

All of the employees walking around aimlessly while people wait for pick up orders, the black guy with hair braiding told me my order is not ready while it was ready to go sitting there.
Half the employees need training an avoiding eye contact while they to work on online orders.
20 minutes here was enough for me to see the poor management and how you run the place

Been to at least 10 locations everyone is always so nice and helpful The food is always made the same, the deluxe spicy deluxe I mean is always my best choice with a large cup of chicken soup.

cut us off at breakfast at 1031. we were in line for 10 minutes but of course got there 1 minute because the kid at the register didn't know what he was doing. how about letting all the people that were already in line for breakfast get breakfast then cut it off? horrible management.

The workers stare at me like I’m not supposed to be there. Like I get it? I go to CFA a little too often. I’m a picky eater and this is my comfort food when I’m out studying. I used to work at CFA for years so I fully understand you aren’t supposed to make guests feel uncomfortable for being regulars. It’s welcomed. Customer service is lacking big time here and it’s kinda sad to see CFA like this. The operator needs to be more involved.

Unfortunately beware of billing problems here. Used the app to order, picked up food, got notice of appropriate credit charge, all was good. Then credit card statement came later and the charge from Chick-fil-a was changed to show something that was almost double what we ordered - so someone either locally or at corporate is engaging in some post-sale shenanigans to our credit card. We have an email receipt showing the correct order amount, the app still shows the correct order amount, but Chick-fil-a refuses to refund the overage. UTC location says talk to corporate, corporate says to resolve locally. Disappointed our local CFA didn't provide any help (still being overcharged). So avoid this location (or pay with cash!) as apparently keeping receipts, even within their own app, is meaningless to them.

The manager, Jen is unprofessional and rude to customers.
When asked if I can have a tea, she told the cashiers to tell me no and then when I asked the manager why did you tell your cashier to say no she replied back because I said so

This is the worst chick fil a. They don’t know how to run their systems and will waste 30 min of your time just to end up telling you that you need to go back outside and get into your car and go to their drive through window to get your food you already paid for, when your standing right in front of them in the restaurant. Why do I have to go outside for you to give me my food?? Oh and of course they forget all the sauce. I will never go to this location again.
