Hello, I just wanted to come here to express my feelings about my expierence in this chic fil A, I went through the drive-thru in this location yesterday and I had the best experience I have had in a drive-thru for a while, there was this gentleman working alone outside, his name was Abdul, he was very patient and polite with us taking a while to order, even though he was alone, he provided us with a great experience and great service, the order was 100% accurate and he helped me understand all about the rewards in the app, he's a very nice person and cares about the guest's feelings, from now on this is the location I will be headed to for drive-thru orders.
I want to take a moment to share how much my wife and I appreciate Sharon every time we visit this Chick-fil-A. She is truly one of the kindest, warmest, and most genuine people we’ve ever met at any restaurant. Her passion for her work shows in every interaction — you can tell she truly cares about people and believes in treating everyone with kindness and respect.
We always see Sharon going out of her way to help others, especially the elderly, making sure they feel safe, supported, and cared for. The way she connects with guests is something special. To her, guest service isn’t just part of the job — it’s something she pours her heart into. She consistently goes above and beyond without ever being asked. Her leadership, her work ethic, and her compassion are truly inspiring.
On top of that, the overall atmosphere at this Chick-fil-A is always wonderful. The team is friendly, the service is fast, and the environment feels clean, welcoming, and well-run. You can tell the staff here takes pride in creating a great experience for everyone who walks in. Management clearly leads with intention, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs.
But even with such a great team, Sharon still stands out. She adds something special to this location — a genuine warmth and positivity that makes guests want to return. I sincerely hope the entire team and management truly appreciate how lucky they are to have someone like her representing their establishment.

She is incredibly friendly, attentive and really took her time to make sure everything was perfect. You can immediately tell that she cares about customer service. My food was fresh, warm and exactly as I had ordered it.

I rarely feel the need/urge to post reviews but THIS Chick-fil-A has never disappointed me and if they ever make a slight mistake? They are suuuuuper sweet and quick to fix it! Today in specific I noticed a worker I hadn’t seen before and Sharon? If you’re seeing this? I LOVEEEEE your positive attitude! Very few people show excitement or care for their jobs nowadays. Such a sweetheart! Sooooooo helpful & super aware of when people need assistance, OR if tables need clearing/cleaning! This place is always so clean and the lighting is nice as well. Whenever I do dine-in or drive thru? The wait isn’t long, even when they are backed up on orders! Will cont. coming to THIS location for the foreseeable future!🤍❤️🤍❤️
