Double check your bags before leaving. I keep giving this location a chance but I’ve had enough, will be changing location. They always miss your chips or sides they cost extra but they can’t even manage to put them inside your bag.

The store presentation was horrible. It wasn’t clean, trash on the ground throughout the restaurant, trash around the trash can vs in inside. The food area could’ve been much more cleaner and wasn’t, fountain drink area was nasty. The visit alone was a complete waste of my time. Very disappointed! As far as employees only two were polite.
I feel like this store staff needs to be retrained and a person doing a walk through every 30 minutes to keep up the appearance and the cleanliness of the eating and restroom area.

It’s 8pm and they close at 11pm. They refused to cook more food and had nothing. I mean it they had nothing. I also ordered rice and beans and they somehow didn’t end up putting the beans in the bag? Why do you allow the employees here to stop doing their job at 8pm?

Not sure why this chipotle isnt more highly rated. I usually get large portions as long as I ask for extra rice etc. Always decently clean and friendly staff!

Trash accuracy when ordering ahead, find another location or order in person.
Sent a large group order. They forgot a meal entirely and when we returned to pickup the missing order it was made incorrectly.

It's a hit or miss when you go there. Sometimes you get fresh hot food, sometimes not. By not, I mean DRY BROWN RICE, DRY CARNITAS MEAT, HARD FLOUR TORTILLA!
BUT!.. it's also random. You may get a nice person helpping you and they give you extra food or side. Sometimes not. It really depends on who is helping you.
Thankfully, I just usually get the Kid's Meal's. It's filling enough and then stuff myself with other home cooked stuff.
Thank you to Jesse for giving me cheese and sour cream that was supposed to cost extra. These days, I'm still struggling financially so any help woul be appreciated!
Tables are usually dirty around 5pm weekdays but the staff is nice and quick with ordering. The SKIMP hard on the protein. Had a employee take meat off the bowl just for adding a few extra pieces. Food was to be expected of a chipotle.

This specific chipotle manager clearly has fine dining aspirations, which explains the atomic portion sizes. That, or my doctor called in and told them I was on a diet.
There I was, watching the server put in half a scoop of carne asada (their most expensive protein, mind you) before going back to give me just a bit more. Happy day! Imagine my astonishment when out of the three pieces of meat he scooped up, only one made it into my meal.
Some advice to save on costs: you don’t actually need the aluminum cover if your food doesn’t make it past the edge of the cardboard.

Restaurant was closed today by firefighters. Manager says that I Must (!) call to the support to refund my online order. Why they can do it for me? This is not my issue if they have troubles with fire safety in the restaurant
