The steak is very salty and it seems like they add water to the meat, I like steak but it is very poorly cooked. And they serve very little portion in a bowl. I ordered a quesadilla that says price 5.00 on the sign and then they tell you that it costs 9.90

Walked in & right off the bat, you see the 3 trash cans by the front door piled high & overflowing. There was a total of 7 people in front of us & it took almost 30 minutes to get to the front to place our order. I don't know why it took so long. There were 8 employees behind the counter. I ordered a bowl w/chicken & steak. I got like maybe 7 small pieces of each. Very skimpy. I had rice, pico, lettuce & cheese on top. My bowls usually are so full that they need to be flattened down to close. Not this time. I was very disappointed with the small amount of meat I got. I probably won't go back to this location.

Unclean tables, leftover food on the table, leftover food on the floor, ghetto kids with their food and stuff thrown all over the place. Came here for a quick bite. Never going to any chipotle ever again. Going to report to OC health inspection agency. Minimum cleaning standards is not maintained. If some customers are making the place dirty. Maybe they should be dealt with accordingly. The place was absolutely disgusting today around 3.45 pm. I feel bad for the hardworking workers here as they seem helpless.

I wish I can speak to the manger this place is disgusting. I went and there was food everywhere even in the kitchen area . I get that it gets busy but when I went it was dead at least clean . Chipotle is pricy and we get that quality. As a former chipotle employee from a different location thank god this is just awful . This place needs new management or should be closed down .

The last three times I have been in this restaurant, the brown rice was uncooked. They were so brittle in my mouth I was keep chewing the whole time. They do not know how to cook the rice.
There's a female worker I think a shift lead who is always so nice and making it right even when it's busy. She remade my dad's whole order a few weeks ago because i got the meat wrong, she makes all the complicated orders easy. If it's busy she still goes out of her way to make sure your order is right

My takeout order took so long that I saw people walk in after me and get their order from the order counter.Ordered salsa on the side instead of in the burrito so that it wouldn’t get soggy. Portion could have been bigger. Also, order was incorrect. Better off waiting and having it made to order.Restaurant was kept clean and it was busy. Ample parking.Parking: Parking lot has plenty of roomKid-friendliness: My kids do not care for this restaurant. Such a bummer, we keep trying but no luck.

This location went downhill since my last visit. I was greeted with an overflow of trash upon entering the front entrance, food crumbs and sauce bottles on the tables in different places. There was even trash on the floor where staff were preparing food. The female staff who was preparing online order was munching on chips. I do not care except my order was late and one side order was missing. I got extra green salsa instead of my side corn salad. If I did not already ordered through the app, I would walk out but it was too late. I ordered Carne Asasa bowl- terrible choice. Meat portion was small. I always ordered steak but thought I'd be adventurous tonight but failed. It was not tender but chewey. Pinto beans was SALTY! I could not eat the pinto beans. There was a lot of watery/liquid proabbly from pinto beans in my bowl so it did not taste good at all. I like my bowl on the dry side that's why I seprated the salsas on the sides. The overflow of trash and no utensils even after I politely asked did it for me. Very disappointed on this Friday night 11/3/2023. I do not plan to return to this location. It was my favorite one too
