The online Chipotle memes are true. Small scoops. Only one person working the line. The cashier didn't even say anything to me when checking out

I have been a frequent loyal customer of this location for well over a year and will not be returning as of my experience 12/1. Despite asking for double steak I was given two small scoops and asking for a little pico apparently meant drown my bowl in it. This experience was $18.60 which I’m not even sure is the correct price for a double steak bowl but is clearly outrageous for what you get. It’s easy to remember when I could come and get a full meal for $10 without having to ask for double. Sadly at this point looks like I’m just another former customer contributing to the downfall of this chain.

Just ordered a burrito at like 4pm and the girl with fake lashes and a blue pimple patch on her nose wrapped my burrito so disrespectfully I couldn’t believe it. I tried to laugh it off when I saw the burrito fall apart but she didn’t even try to make it better. And was so rude when I checked out, just tossed my horribly wrapped, inedible burrito that she smeared the spilled food all over on the counter and turned away like I was interrupting her social time. Even the tinfoil didn’t go all the way around it. I’m so mad. I didnt say anything to her face and was friendly the whole time and she was horrible. She should be fired.

I’ve never left a review before, but the bad attitude at this location was astonishing. I really don’t know what warranted the attitude when i was nothing but polite. it wasn’t busy at all, but i waited about 5 minutes for someone to help me, which wasn’t a problem, but as soon as she started speaking to me it was rude and rushed for absolutely no reason. I asked a question about the sauce and she looked at me like i was stupid. I also asked for a water cup while i was tapping my card to which she ignored me, turned her back to me and then chatted with her coworkers. The portions suck too, barely half of my bowl was filled and my lid was improperly placed so sour cream spilled out the sides. it wasn’t just one worker either, i noted attitude and bad service from multiple workers as i observed others order as well. i am genuinely so confused what their deal is at this location.

Busy. But that doesnt excuse the workers moving like a WW2 bullet assembly line (why am i getting half scoops of rice, its worth less than a second of your time there). Chik fil a has my business now. Have fun!!

Ive never encountered a bad attitude at this location. BUT they seem to use the absolute worst cuts of meat here. Whether I ordered steak or chicken, there is a ton of untrimmed fat/tendon on the meat. This is the only chipotle where Ive consistently had that experience.

picked up my two bowls that I ordered online, and not only was the staff rude, but when I got home both of the bowls that ordered was incorrect, no rice, wrong meet and cold.

Update: Went back and got two new bowls. I didn’t double-check the order the second time…. Cause how would’ve thought they would mess up twice. But here I am sitting with my bowl that is missing cheese and lettuce.

I don’t normally wire reviews but felt the need to after the disrespect the employees gave me. Working way too fast to the point where they are messing up my order. Also complete lack of disrespect when I went to pay for food. Be better.

I go here regularly (I might stop) and they consistently undercook their brown rice. They need to change or evaluate their store protocols, because it’s mostly hard and inedible.

They never fail to be rude. I've worked in the service industry myself so I understand the pressure, but there's a way to act with customers and theirs isn't it. Half scoops of every item, rushing to toppings when I haven't even finished with the meats section, rushing payment and scanning for rewards, etc. Avoid this location at all costs.
