I go here regularly (I might stop) and they consistently undercook their brown rice. They need to change or evaluate their store protocols, because it’s mostly hard and inedible.

They never fail to be rude. I've worked in the service industry myself so I understand the pressure, but there's a way to act with customers and theirs isn't it. Half scoops of every item, rushing to toppings when I haven't even finished with the meats section, rushing payment and scanning for rewards, etc. Avoid this location at all costs.

Horrible service, the team is extremely lazy and unprepared for national promotions. The team working on 4/21 should be ashamed and definitely lost a ton of money for the business.

First greeted with “we only have chicken, no steak” same girl had some sort of issue because I asked for an extra scoop of chicken (quite aware I have to pay for that) Rolled her eyes when I asked for a tortilla, cashed me out said receipt is in the bag turned her back on me. If she worked for me, I would fire her in a heartbeat. She needs to rethink her attitude.

Portions are absolutely terrible… when I pocked up my bowl to shake it…. It felt incredibly light and loose…. As it they threw half a scoop of each item in. But at least they were fast

If I could not give even one star I would, it is the rating that this place deserves. I arrived very happy on March 6, 2025 to place my order. When I arrived I asked how the girl worked (young, with light hair and glasses). She ignored my question and attended to the next customer as if my husband and I were not standing there. attend, I decided not to order and I left disappointed, upset and hungry. I don't know if anyone who can take action reads my comment, they should take action and ensure that customer service improves, they have a job for us and they should take care of the opinion of every person who passes by. For my part, I will never pass by that place.

It was Sunday so they were busy!! However, ALL of the empty tables inside were dirty. One associate told another associate in front of all the customers that they needed to be faster, she had just come up to the line when he said that, how embarrassing! Then the guy who said that didn't listen and put corn on the bowl instead of extra sour cream, I can see the confusion 👎🏻. But the food was hot and good!!!
