Chipotle Mexican Grill

Dirtiest Chipotle I've ever been too. Ordered steak bowl and half of the meat was all fatty gristle that I threw away. I keep thinking they will clean up this place, but everytime I consider going here there are flies & garbage everywhere and end up going somewhere else. Nasty. Needs new management that will focus on quality & cleanliness.

Ok location! I like the little patio with outdoor seating. It's fairly small though, both outside and inside, so seating might be difficult at busy times of the day. The food was good and nicely prepared.

I ASKED FOR A BURRITO, but I got a taco's worth. You have to MAKE SERVING SIZE CUPS FOR THE MEAT. You hire people who look 12 and have no real customer service-common sense. This location also didn't have the meat you promote on your website.

This location has way too many unaccompanied youth and that just calls for havok. Line took longer than usual, the place was a wreck!, and even the ice dispenser looked like it blew up. Forks were almost out, the patio was dirty, finally one kid came to pick up what he could hand grab, but not one table was wiped down...

For this being Irvine, I am pretty let down.

There was a buy one get one free promotion from 3~4 PM today.

I was waiting in the line since 3:57 and when I was finally ordering it was 3:59 pm.

The guy who was taking my order asked another staff at the kiosk about the time and she said 4pm.

I couldn’t get one extra meal even though I was in the store and ordered before it becomes 4:01.

Because of that, I didn’t feel great at all and that’s why I leave my first one star review here.

Really bad experience.
The place was dirty, the food wasn’t even heated properly, and the cheese was still cold. Everything tasted like low-quality ingredients.
Staff was unfriendly and honestly, it’s way too expensive for what you get. Won’t be going back.

I’m almost certain that I won’t return to this specific location and do not recommend it, for the following reasons:

I brought my brother and in-laws, who are visiting from Toronto, to try their food. Despite there being no line and the place not being busy at all, the girl at the counter was clearly in a rush. I even mentioned it was their first time, hoping she’d be a little more patient and helpful. Unfortunately, she seemed visibly annoyed and had an unfriendly attitude throughout the interaction.

We then moved on to the young Asian staff member who prepared our bowls. He acted as if he was sharing his own personal meal—adding the bare minimum of everything we asked for. When we opened our bowls, they were practically half empty.

My question is: Where is the supervisor, and why isn’t anyone addressing this kind of behavior? It’s disappointing. You expect decent service and fair portions for what you pay, but we received neither. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

i love chipotle!!! especially the guacamole!!! i haven’t had it in a while so i really enjoyed my meal when i had it again. i highly recommend the steak!! also the outdoor sitting area is very comfortable.

I paid 16 dollars for a burrito the size of my hand it’s ridiculous that they get away with this they’re lucky i was in an okay enough mood to not say anything but i am so over this do better with portioning.

The service staff was very good and patient with the customers. However, the restroom was not cleaned in time and was really dirty!!!

You should order the Bowls instead of the Burrito or Tacos if you want to avoid too many carbs and get the best value in terms of portion size.

One thing I wasn’t happy about was when they asked if I wanted extra guacamole—I said yes, but they didn’t mention beforehand that it would cost an additional $2-3.

The place is dirty (all the tables with pieces of food) the music is too loud, I couldn’t even hear properly to the guy who was taking my order.

Only one person working.. not freshly cooked veggies and meat..
