The service staff was very good and patient with the customers. However, the restroom was not cleaned in time and was really dirty!!!

You should order the Bowls instead of the Burrito or Tacos if you want to avoid too many carbs and get the best value in terms of portion size.

One thing I wasn’t happy about was when they asked if I wanted extra guacamole—I said yes, but they didn’t mention beforehand that it would cost an additional $2-3.

The place is dirty (all the tables with pieces of food) the music is too loud, I couldn’t even hear properly to the guy who was taking my order.

I really only went to this location of a chipotle for the convenience. However, the chips were stale, and the protein and toppings were not regularly refilled.

I was there about 8pm/8:30pm and i was served by a guy with glasses, who was very rude, a very rushed individual. Would ask me if I wanted certain toppings then cut me off when I tried to speak. When HE asked me if I wanted lettuce, I said yes then proceeded to give me none & was mad and threw a hand bunch of it on my bowl when I reminded him. The Food made my stomach hurt because it was made with hatred. If I could give no stars I would.

Multiple times, I have been to this location for lunch, and I continuisioly get let down by the portion size as well as the presentation when ordering a burrito and instead I get a tortilla meat ball.

Google says this is a quick detour. This place is in the freakin mal and it’s a zoo. 30 minute line. No thanks!
