Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is my first review I’ve ever had to write! It was that bad !!
Got my usual chipotle order. Only things wrong were that I had to buy double meat and it was still barely 1 serving (what a joke). Then, which to my surprise I had to ask 3 times for more lettuce which I’ve never done lol. I love chipotle but this was an absolute scam! 19.00$ for a literal snack sized meal, others were complaining in front of me, which I should’ve noticed sooner, my fault! I told the cashier which I’ve never complained at any place about portion size and she just laughed. Wild experience wish I could rate it lower!
For the first time, I can say I won’t be back to this location.

The most felthiest Chipotle restaurant I've been to. We sat there for 2 hrs and saw nobody clean any table out . We sat to eat on a dirty table that we cleared ourselves to be able to eat . Bathroom was also horrible.

Coming from Los Angeles, I assumed this location in Irvine would be impressive. Super wrong! Tons of employees but dirty bathroom, messy restaurant and poor customer service and soggy cold tacos. All 3 tacos were rolled in foil which ultimately had a bunch of carnita broth. No rice or beans were offered, I was told they cannot offer but if it is requested then they can give on the side (tiny) and the rice did not taste like the others I've been to. Yes I could have called them out on it, but honestly I was amazed by their lack of engagement. Sorry Chipotle, this location needs a drop in assessment/audit and training for the youngsters.

Food is chipotle quality as always but would like more seats inside as there were only 4 tables and it was really hot to eat outside. Other than that it's what you'd expect. They get your food out in less than a minute too

Dirtiest Chipotle I've ever been too. Ordered steak bowl and half of the meat was all fatty gristle that I threw away. I keep thinking they will clean up this place, but everytime I consider going here there are flies & garbage everywhere and end up going somewhere else. Nasty. Needs new management that will focus on quality & cleanliness.

Ok location! I like the little patio with outdoor seating. It's fairly small though, both outside and inside, so seating might be difficult at busy times of the day. The food was good and nicely prepared.

I ASKED FOR A BURRITO, but I got a taco's worth. You have to MAKE SERVING SIZE CUPS FOR THE MEAT. You hire people who look 12 and have no real customer service-common sense. This location also didn't have the meat you promote on your website.

This location has way too many unaccompanied youth and that just calls for havok. Line took longer than usual, the place was a wreck!, and even the ice dispenser looked like it blew up. Forks were almost out, the patio was dirty, finally one kid came to pick up what he could hand grab, but not one table was wiped down...

For this being Irvine, I am pretty let down.

There was a buy one get one free promotion from 3~4 PM today.

I was waiting in the line since 3:57 and when I was finally ordering it was 3:59 pm.

The guy who was taking my order asked another staff at the kiosk about the time and she said 4pm.

I couldn’t get one extra meal even though I was in the store and ordered before it becomes 4:01.

Because of that, I didn’t feel great at all and that’s why I leave my first one star review here.

Really bad experience.
The place was dirty, the food wasn’t even heated properly, and the cheese was still cold. Everything tasted like low-quality ingredients.
Staff was unfriendly and honestly, it’s way too expensive for what you get. Won’t be going back.
