I own 3 businesses. I went there for the first time today with my wife and mother. If they don’t change the customers services and clean the tables and chairs outside and inside this store will close soon. Honestly when I see how dirty he was I was concerned by the inside kitchen. The service was horrible. No greeting to customers etc. I really hope the owner or management will read this review because it’s really sad. The employees need to be trained to great customers and clean when nobody is here. We were the only one in the store and again he was so dirty. If employees have nothing to do they should at least clean the tables and chairs. Thank you

Went in for hot chocolate which was good but the service was terrible. Workers with attitudes, the place was filthy, trash everywhere inside the facility and out. Tables and chairs were dirty so you couldn’t sit down. Not surprised no one was in there. Won’t go back but then again they probably won’t be in business much longer. Only gave it 1 star because zero stars doesn’t exist.

I love how the guy just straight up ask me what is that when I want to order something that’s literally on the menu.
I can tell you are new, but maybe take a peek on the menu before you question your customer like I’m making things out.
Also not to mention forgetting my order and question me THE SAME THING 5 MINUTES AFTER

do not get the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup! Soo overpriced. $20 for a small cup. The chocolate is all hardened and the worse part, they put pistachio ONLY ON ONE STRAWBERRY! Everything there in general is overpriced. I don’t recommend this place whatsoever.

Peanut butter shake was good, but the service was disappointing. I asked for tap water and was told they only offer bottled water for an additional charge. It’s frustrating that even basic water wasn’t available for free.

I had such a great experience at Chocolate Bash, even though it was crowded! One of the workers, a blonde girl, went above and beyond to help me when I wasn’t sure what to order. Despite the rush, she stayed super friendly, patient, and gave amazing recommendations that turned out to be delicious. Her customer service truly stood out and made the visit so much more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to her!

My friend recommended this place to me. On September 7th around 3pm I went with my family to buy some desserts for a party we're having today, but the service was really bad. As soon as we walked in they kicked us out because they told us that all the staff was on break.
Why did they have the door open if they couldn't serve us?
It was a really bad experience going there.

I probably would’ve enjoyed it more if they could understand requests a little easier. Cashier asked me on my preference for the included Belgium chocolate topping, I said milk. I specified I wanted the strawberry and banana for the fruit options. She asked me if I’d like any additional toppings, I said yes please add condensed milk. She gave us the crepe and substituted the chocolate for the condensed milk. Then after I asked if it came with chocolate or not, she proceeds to run over to the other side of the counter where their tablet is and shout how I ordered condensed milk. I’m not sure where the confusion was since I requested the additional topping but it wouldn’t have been a huge deal if she hadn’t decided to project it to the multiple customers in the store. She did offer to remedy it by “drizzling it on top” but I was just put off by it and I didn’t want the tip I left them to go towards covering the extra topping she decided was a substitution. I’m not trying to be difficult it was just an awkward exchange. Crepe was a crepe ??
