I had such a great experience at Chocolate Bash, even though it was crowded! One of the workers, a blonde girl, went above and beyond to help me when I wasn’t sure what to order. Despite the rush, she stayed super friendly, patient, and gave amazing recommendations that turned out to be delicious. Her customer service truly stood out and made the visit so much more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to her!

I probably would’ve enjoyed it more if they could understand requests a little easier. Cashier asked me on my preference for the included Belgium chocolate topping, I said milk. I specified I wanted the strawberry and banana for the fruit options. She asked me if I’d like any additional toppings, I said yes please add condensed milk. She gave us the crepe and substituted the chocolate for the condensed milk. Then after I asked if it came with chocolate or not, she proceeds...
