I was a little hesitant coming here for lunch after reading the last few reviews. All I have to say is I don't know how the reviews before this were bad at all. Just went there for the first time and got a burrito. The people inside were nothing but amazing and super friendly. The burrito was awesome and I will definitely be coming back again. 10/10 for service and food.

Too hard for the employees here to read the order and get it right for you. Too many times I've given this restaurant a chance to make things right and they mess it up completely every single time. I'm done going here.

Horrible service. The beyond beef was hard and cold or old? The chips were deep fried over again to warm which made them taste like old oil. Never again.

I was waiting for 25 minutes without any acknowledgment from the two people working behind the counter. A party of 2 in front of me and another online order was being prepared. After 25 minutes, I tried to get attention from one of the employees and asked how long will it take to get the order. He just simply turned to me saying he doesn't know because he was busy! So meanwhile, I placed the order on their app, which by mistake was placed to another location. That was the first and last order . Ended up going somewhere else, as after the special treatment here, didn't even feel like picking up my order from other location.

My sister suggested going here for a take out lunch, I got the Pollo bowl, she got the pork. I hadn't had anything to eat all day, so i woofed down most of the bowl, Later that night I got a bad case of diarrhea after listening to the gurgling in my intestines and then I had a multi vomit session throwing up 4 times in 5 minutes, I must've got salmonella poisoning from the chicken cause my sister was fine, That's it, I aint doing Chronic Tacos anymore, it should be remaned Chronic Puke-ing!!!

The girl with the dark hair with high lights is really rude !!! Ewww will never return because of her !! Yuck !!! Attitude is atrocious borderline racist . Borderline racist! Never again!!! I rather eat Wendy's across the street . Came in there today around 3:30 they didn't greet nobody standing around talking like little high schoolers churros had no sugar or cinnamon what so disgusting NEVER Again!!!

Outrageously overpriced. I only wanted tacos, not a plate so I asked the lady how much single tacos were and was told it was $2.60. Turns out it was actually $3.60. I had ordered 3. Look at the picture and tell me if you would ever order this taco for nearly $4 after tax. Friend and family, please don't come here. Try Mesquite Tacos in Tustin. Tacos are both bigger and cheaper,l and the flavor is better.

Went into Chronic Tacos during a usual brunch rush. They have a designated spot for pick-up's which is always convenient to save standing in line. We all know the feeling of not needing to make an order and just waiting to ask if yours is ready. Busy as it was, our order was ready and we just had to say our name after being their for a minute or two. Burrito was great!

Don't order from this place. I order my food about hour and half before pick up. When I got there my food wasn't ready by the time I got there. They told me they haven't even started to put my order together. I waited about 10 minutes and asked when the food would be done, they said would be another 5 minutes. I was on my lunch break and asked for refund. The young girl working the front told me she didn't know how to do a refund on my order, she called a manger and the manger tried to walk through how to do it. She didn't seem to understand what she was doing. In the end I ended up with half of my food and no refund for my order. The same thing happen to my friend a few weeks. They need to hire people that know what they're doing or train them better.

I will keep this short lol I walk in for the first time to order a burrito. I noticed no one was behind the counter. The items behind the counter used to make the food was very messy. Corn in the guac, rice in the meat, etc. Different ingredients were mixed with each other. A guy who works there was on his break. He was kind enough to get up from his break to go towards the kitchen to find someone to assist me. After I been waiting 4 minutes foe someone to come. Finally 2 people come and by that time I was extremely turned off by how messy everything looked and the poor customer service. Only reason why I came to this location is because I been to the Chronic Tacos off of Alton and Jeffrey have always given me great customer service, food and it was clean. Okay... maybe this was not short lol I will stick with the other location.

Do NOT eat here. Every time I order on the app they mess up the order. Wrong items, wrong sizes of side orders. They always make sure to cheat the customer. Meat it sketched. People working behind the counter don't wear masks. It's a joke. I'm done with this place; it's just always a disappointment and not worth my money.

I love this location for Chronic tacos. I have only ordered their breakfast burritos and carnitas tacos. Their breakfast burritos are amazing. They make the eggs to order and it is so fresh and delicious. The carnitas are made fresh in the morning and are also delicious. Every time I have been there, the staff is very friendly and accommodating.
