Self service boba was great. There was so much variety. We also ordered the popcorn chicken. It tastes good but the portion size was deceiving. The box was only half full of chicken. The other half was filled with cabbage.
Went for the first time. The food was amazing, and boba was great. BUT the customer service was bad both employees working the register on 1/28/25 around 6pm were laughing at a confused older gentleman just asking questions about the boba and also both were not attentive/ no pleasantries where exchange which was rude. I asked for lids, and the first one was handed to me. The second one was just placed on the counter, and the employees went back to talking, just standing there....
LOVED class 302 so much!! I took my niece and nephew there for the first time and it was amazing, you choose your toppings with the help of the employees and at the end they help seal the top; but everything else is completely self service which I love!😁
