great study spot! the tea to boba ratio was perfect, my friend and i ordered a jasmine milk tea and a strawberry jasmine green tea and the teas were so light and yummy. the environment and atmosphere of the cafe is super peaceful for studying & music was very relaxing. only downside is that i did not see any outlets.

Don't think people should see this as a second option because it definitely is somewhere I go out of my way for as a first option. I think the vibe is great, it's a cute boba shop and I'm a fan.

After avoiding the lines for Omomo and Orobae, we came here by convenience. The store smells very good when I first walked in: pleasant and strong tea scent. I like the aesthetic look of the shop. We ordered 2 bobas for the day: the tropical leaf lemon fruit tea and foam uji matcha. Both of them were okay. Tropical leaf one was too lemony because of lemon pulps. The foam from uji matcha was like whipped cream. It was too heavy. My white peach foam was good but not as good as other places I tried before.

I came here all the time and was a loyal customer. Everytime I come I bought at least 3-4 drinks and the service was great and never charged me for cup holder or bag. Today they charged me 0.10 when I got my drinks. I told them I don't have any coins so told me to repurchase it with the cashier . Dude... you should have told me earlier when I bought the drink not after.why do I have to wait in line again and swipe the card for only $0.1... you lost the customer. I will never coming back again the service just sucks

I always find myself ordering at least two drinks because they’re that good.The Cloudy Puff and Cheese Foam are my absolute favorites. The seasonal special, cloudy puff peach oolong milk tea with peach jelly, is also a must-have.Plus, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful when I was placing my order over the phone.Highly recommend checking it out if you’re a milk tea enthusiast like me!

I have tried several different types of drink here. I like their Osmanthus Oolong Tea and the Black Jade. The fruit smoothies are good too but I prefer tea more. May be because it is winter time. I think the fruit smoothies may be really refreshing during summer time.As for the milk tea, I can really taste the tea. I personally like the bitterness of the tea. I always ask for less sugar because I don't want to be overloaded with sugar when enjoying the drink. If you want it sweet, you can always ask for the 100%.The cashier is very friendly and really knows what items they sell there. Although at times, some items may run out, but she always apologize for not having the item. Very good customer service. I must ask for her name next time.The tables are very spread out. They have plenty of their own customers. Comparing to the nearby Orobae tea place in the same plaza, this one has shorter line. For me, I think I prefer Cloudy Co's drink more than Orobae because I felt Orobae tea doesn't have strong tea taste in their drinks.Plenty of parking in this shopping plaza.Parking: There is an EV charger parking and disabled parking right outside this shop.

I think the drinks are average. We came here because it's in the same plaza as Orobae and the line was super long at orobae. I got the osmanthus oolong milk tea cloudy at 50% sweet. The drink is okay tasting, a bit sweet but the cloudy is just whipped cream and walnuts. I don't think that added much to the appeal of the drink ... plus the lid wouldn't stay on. My husband got one of their regular teas at 50% sweet. Tea was extremely bitter and very strong. He said it tastes fine but I didn't like it. Prices are average-expensive. Also not sure what's going on but the menu has a bunch of whited out stuff. Did they run out? :( Unfortunately I wouldn't return again as there are plenty of other choices around.
I have loved Cloudy Co for years now! I always get the strawberry smoothie drink or the cloudy uji matcha latte and they're always consistent. The staff is always friendly and very well mannered which makes the experience great as well. The environment is very calm and the drinks don't take too long to come out. I highly recommend!!

I'm giving this place 5 stars because they literally have my favorite drink ever and I hope they keep it on the menu forever it's the mountain golden oolong milk tea with tiramisu foam... just AMAZING. I visited a couple weeks ago and they had a lot of drinks out of stock, including the drink I just mentioned. I really hope they've restocked it instead of taking it off the menu! I've had tiramisu foam at other places but it just pairs so well with their mountain golden oolong here... if I lived closer to Irvine, I would be here every other day just for that drink lol.

I've enjoyed the teas at Cloudy. I would just advise that you carefully read the list of ingredients before ordering. I was surprised the first time I took a sip and my tea had something on top that looked like raisins. My son had the same experience in which he lived his drink but did not enjoy the topping. I highly recommend trying the cheese foam on your drinks. It is quite tasty!

This place isn't super busy compared to Orobae The ambiance is quite relaxing and I feel super zen! I can see myself doing work here or reading a book.
