Paid 20 bucks for 2 love its from the photo you would think it was a like it and I love it. Very crappy customer service. The moment after the guy served me my ice cream he ran away into the back room and was ignored by the one other person he left at the counter resulting in waiting longer than three minutes to pay when there was no business other than myself.

I went there for the first time and I ordered a medium size chocolate ice cream, I thought it would be way smaller but it was a lot bigger than I imagined. The ice cream itself was so good and my friend got one of the shakes and she said it was one of the best things she ever tasted. So if you’re looking for a sugary delight, make sure to come to Cold Stone Creamery for the best ice cream you have ever tasted!

My husband and like cold stone so much we come here once a week. Today we decided to eat out of town and we came to Irvine spectrum cold stone is one of my favorite ice cream places, but this is the worst we have ever been to. The young Indian kid ( boy )had the worst service. He didn’t great nobody looked at you without asking are you ready expecting us to know what he was thinking. He seem as if he didn’t like his job.

The workers need to be fired, they full on ignored my existence and started talking to the customers behind me in line after I clearly stated my order multiple times. They must be deaf or incoherent, not sure what is wrong with then but they need to be beaten with a wooden ruler so that they can tell when a customer is trying to order and not ignore them. Screamed that they have the worst customer service while I was walking out, I feel no regret. This is an honest review I usually say really good things, it would've been the same here because I love the ice cream but damn the workers must’ve synced up their period because there is something seriously wrong with them.

Never had a bad experience here but today when we walked in it was dead we were the only customers, worker Julianna A., didn’t smile or greet us. Didn’t ask if we needed help. We had to approach her ourselves. Very negative attitude, didn’t seem like she wanted to be at work. Probably not going back.

The staff there was very rude. I’ve ordered a “love it” size ice cream. Usually the staff fills the whole cup, even overflowing a little. However for me, she probably saw I was an Asian and she barely filled the cup. When I asked her about it, she rolled her eyes at me and refused to give an explanation. Terrible experience, and I will not consider going to this cold stone anymore.
Super rude went with my family and was treated with disrespect it was like if the workers didn’t want to be there I will never eat here again ?

They have vegan icecream there with silk almond milk! I put pecan, almond, peanut and graham crackers additionally and it was great! They don’t have vanilla but only chocolate flavor so perhaps they should keep vanilla flavor as well!Anyways, it was a pleasant experience there! :)
