Low effort meal with decent portion sizes for less than $10. Actually most items are less than $5! From childhood to college, I always looked forward to eating at the food court before going inside to shop. Now, not so much because of the cost-cutting decisions they have made over the years. But I stopped by recently to try the new Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie, which replaced the twisted churro (which replaced the original churro). The exterior diameter had a satisfying crunch to it, not too hard or burnt. The middle was soft, very easy to split into halves or quarters with no mess. Not a lot of chocolate chips on the outside but the inside had an absurd amount of melted bittersweet and semi-sweet chunks inside. Very warm, sweet and buttery overall, they need to serve this with a glass of milk! You can still find original churros in the frozen section at grocery stores (¡Hola! Churros™ by J&J Snack Foods Corp, previously branded as Tio Pepe's). Disneyland also uses these churros for their theme park. Their pizza is too oily and greasy to be eaten regularly, but it's the best $9.95 whole pizza money can buy. The rest of the menu is mostly forgettable. The Chicken Bake is a glorified Hot Pocket but was tasty when they used to assemble in-house. Now they just reheat prepackaged ones. It's smaller, not as fresh, and lacking in Caesar dressing/chicken inside. Turkey Swiss Sandwich is an upgrade compared to the Roast Beef but a downgrade compared to Turkey Provolone. Too dry and bready. The iconic $1.50 Hot Dog + Soda is supposed to use an all beef sausage but tastes processed. RIP Polish Dog. Rotisserie Chicken Caesar Salad received a 75% price increase. Portions are larger, but it has substantially more romaine lettuce. Chicken would be better grilled. And at 750 calories, I'd rather get a slice of cheese pizza. Fruit Smoothie is also another upgrade compared to the Mango Smoothie, that one was like Gerber baby food. Still miss the Berry Smoothie. I wish they could bring food court items from their international locations, like poutine from Canada or the bulgogi bake from Korea. A few more healthy options would be nice too. And I wouldn't mind if they raised prices to bring the quality back up again. C'mon Costco! Do better.

Same as all the other costco food courts. Price point is why I'm always going to give it 5 stars, unless the staff completely screws things up. Those pizza's are $10 compared to other chains that are charging double that and the hot dog for $1.50 with a soda, I can't find any faults here for this deal. I wouldn't eat here everyday, but I make it a point when I go to costco to stop off here.

Everytime i take pizza here, my slice is almost half of the slices that white people take. It happened the first time, i taught a coincidence, the a second, third time, and Now i decided to review them.Racist stuff or Racist management,You can’t make that up ..Its too obvious… i was watching the slices being served… your pizza slice depends on your racial look ….I am having the executive membership, but this is last year i am shopping from this platform… screw you Costco

I did the self serve kiosk, got a receipt with a number 51 on my receipt. Then waited by "kiosk order pick up" for my number to be called. My number never got called. Didn't hear any numbers being called so I asked at the pizza pick up window what was going on. Turns out you have to stand in line anyways as if you were ordering regularly. Huge waste of time, no signage and doesn't make sense why there's even kiosks

Pizza is so greasy and has no flavor. Their Pepsi is so weird and doesn't have full flavor. Terrible food quality.

The chicken bake that I received was a little too burnt. When it's burnt like that, the skin isn't as soft and it just doesn't taste right. FYI, don't bake the chicken bake too long.

The Costco food court is so well priced for what you get. I absolutely love the food and good deals that really make you feel like you're getting your bang for your buck. The self order kiosk makes ordering super quick and simple and food comes out within minutes. The vanilla ice cream and strawberry topping is one of my favorite sundae desserts. The ice cream is smooth and creamy. And the syrup and strawberries are just the perfect adding. I just wish there was more strawberry topping since as you get down to the middle there's less flavor.

Went to Costco while visiting my parents in Irvine this evening. Short staffing and the dinner rush really rubbed one of the service members today. A gentleman that today wore a dark Hawaiian shirt with dark rimmed glasses and Hispanic descent, about thirty years old. I didn't catch his name because he decided to flee after he made an abrasive coping statement to my mother in line waiting for her order pick up. I was standing next to her and had to bite my tongue. Apparently, with the rush I understand it's hard to hear each other and this man probably didn't hear my mom when he asked before if she received her drink cups with the hot dogs. I heard him say in an abrasive manner, "well you should've stated you didn't have drink cups if you didn't have drink cups" and walked away before I could say a thing. I would've spoken my mind he really needs to watch his tone and statements as he works in a service department and representing his own company. I love Costco & this location but boy technology hired a bad 1.

BRING BACK STRAWS. They got new plastic lids which use a lot more plastic but took away straws? I don't get it.

Great spot. Pizza was spot on. Chicken bake was amazing. Soft serve was supreme. Had a couple churros and they were great. Hot dogs were awesome. That's all I got to try in one sitting but was really happy with my visit.

The pizza has gone to crap here. Firstly there is no more combo pizza. Seriously you got rid of the polish dog and now the everything pizza. Ordered a pie last week and it was under cooked and I asked for it to be well done. There doughy pizza has gotten worse. I once got them to thin out the dough and make me a thinner pizza and it was great. But I tried to order it like that again and they refuse to do it . Sucks because they would save money on all the wasted dough and also the pizzas would taste better with less dough. Come on Costco make a thin crust pizza get with the program dominos has one little Cesars has one I mean most pizza places make thin crust pizzas. It's not like it's extra work just take the huge dough ball you use for one pizza and cut it in half

This place sucks. Ordered two pizzas and then they called my number about ten minutes later. They asked if I still wanted my order as it would take 45 minutes to bring out. During the entire time I waited, they had not brought out one, not one(!), pizza. I told them I would return forty five minutes later (after closing time) to pick up my pizzas. Ridiculous....

What's the point of calling ahead if you have to wait in a large line that snakes around the front of the ordering area? Aside from the fact that if you go during the week anytime between 12-2 pm, you will be playing parking lot gauntlet. It's truly a horror scene navigating through the parking let alone trying to find an actual parking spot. The whole point of ordering ahead is that I want to pay and get out as soon as possible. So it baffles me when I arrive and they do not take payment at the pizza window. This would have been nice to have know at least on the phone "to get in line first", pay and get your yellow receipt which you will show the pizza window employee. This problem has obviously not been remedied since it keeps showing up in the reviews here. SPEED THE PROCESS UP! I would love it if I could just pay online or in advance. Fine. Enough about that. Pizza was freshly made and hot. We were given plates and peppers/cheese as we left. I think it tastes better than if you get an individual slice. The whole pizza advanced order doesn't seem as overcooked or "burnt" as if it was the sliced kind. I hope that makes sense. During peak times maybe have more associates. You've obviously improved the inside process with hand scanners so why is the FC so lame.

The customer service here is horrible. They are rude, one of the girls ignored me as I was talking to her and the other lady kept telling me to wait 10 mins. My order took 40mins. The food is like any other Costco, very good but not worth the wait. Try a different one.
