Came to this location two days last weekend and the business does not seems to be operating anymore. All of the machines were gone and there is no notice or signs on the door. Hopefully they will be back soon.
They always do this. They just close the shop during working hours. It says open on google and their normal hours are 12-9. It’s not 3:00 middle of the day and they are closed.
The no longer serve nitrogen ice cream ?The name doesn’t really make sense anymore...Also they won’t let you do half & half scoops.Just go somewhere else.
We tried chocolate, vanilla, and cheese cake ice cream. It was difficult to choose the best of them because they were all so good. The ice cream is delicious and creamy.
In addition to the expected flavors, there is a wide variety of variants, some of which are very uncommon discoveries, fantastic design, and friendly service:) The ice cream variety is very fine.
I love it here. It's such a big open space with seating around the edges. The working space for when they make your ice cream is behind big glass screens, so you can safely watch the show as they do their magic. They use liquid nitrogen to make it, so it's fun to watch, and might take a little longer than a store where the ice cream just needs to be scooped up and put in a cup or cone, but that's what makes it fun here. The staff were friendly, and the process wasn't really all that long. Lots of flavours to choose from, as well. The ice cream itself was beautiful and creamy and I couldn't even finish it all. It was beyond heaven and would thoroughly recommend it here for a treat sometimes. Parking can be a teeny bit problematic, but trust me, it's worth it.
This was for one place that I went to in San Jose back when it was open there, although I'm not entirely sure if it is anymore. When I went a while back, there wasn't much wait to order and they created the liquid nitrogen ice cream right in front of you with these large machines. The ice cream is definitely on the pricier side, but it's a pretty unique experience that I was willing to try out. While I see the quality may have changed during covid, this is for the ice cream they made with liquid nitrogen some time ago. The ice cream itself was very smooth, with a unique texture that I haven't had at many other ice cream places. The flavor of the ice cream was tasty, and the portion size was pretty decent for one person. I'm not entirely sure if it's worth the price, but the ice cream was definitely better than regular ice cream that I've had before.Overall, this is a cool place to check out if you want to see what liquid nitrogen ice cream is like! I'm not entirely sure how the quality is like right now, but if they do use liquid nitrogen again for it I would recommend checking it out at least once to see what it's like!
hands down, the best ice cream in CA. favorite combo: lavender & saffron...the pistachios are a perfect compliment to both flavors, which makes a terrific treat for any hot california day. faloudeh with ginger rosewater syrup is beyond belief as well. go with your gut, but most of all GO.
During a visit to the Irvine, CA location I was denied the ice cream of my choice. I arrived at 09:27pm with 33 minutes left before the store closed and I was told the only ice cream available was the prepackaged ice creams in the freezer. There was plenty of time to make the chocolate combustion and party animal ice creams I wanted to purchase. I am highly upset and disappointed at the fact that lazy employees are more concerned about leaving exactly at 10pm rather than servicing the customer. I have never been treated like this at a business and I am offended, this is completely unacceptable.
This location used to have the creamiest, smoothest ice cream you could find.Recently, they decided that didn't care about that unique quality anymore, and replaced their entire line of liquid nitrogen ice cream makers with premade ice cream.Oh and they still charge the same price.Save yourself the time and money - you're better off just buying high quality grocery store ice cream.

Make sure that you don’t miss Creamistry!!! It is the best ever. Any flavor is fantastic but love the honey/almond! It is the best. My husband loves their pistachio. The rum raisin is not to be missed. Also, love the cinnamon. You can’t go wrong with anything!!!!
If you love ice cream, then you must go to this place. Very creamy. I got the banana and lemon. They have all kinds of flavors and sundaes. Be prepared to stand in line. They are popular.
Be prepared to wait on line for this delicious treat. They don’t have as many flavors as Ben & Jerry’s, but what they do have is very creamy and delicious! A must visit!
Ice cream from creamistry is quite the experience. They have ice cream with a gelato texture and it is great! One thing is that the price is a bit pricey for an ice cream scoop but the portions are huge. It’s not a bad idea to share with your girlfriend or wife!
No longer uses nitrogen to create your ice cream in front of you. Not as creamy as it is supposed to be. Now just overly expensive ice cream.
