They are beyond and exceedingly a top notch Bakery. They filled a large perder of assorted baked goods during one of the hardest times of our life. The love that went into every pastry was greatly appreciated. It was such a great way to thank the over 200 guests in attendance to my fathers final farewell. It's the neatest thing you'd have tasted to urge you thru your morning and therefore the remainder of your day. The service was great, especially that early morning. I'll definitely be back!
I have heard of Crema Cafe in Seal Beach but have not tried it because they usually have very long lines. They made a wholesale bakery business which supplies many businesses and coffee shops in Orange county. In the OC register it mentioned that the wholesale bakery is now open for the general public so I had to try it. Overall it is a small business in skypark circle near the airport. The pastries were fairly fresh, the croissants were not exceptionally crispy but were tasty....
