One of the better hot pot places near Irvine. this place has a large variety of food selections, also got individual pots per person which you can mix using provided soup base from the buffet bar. The buffet bar has a good mix of food there and our kids loved the shaved ice. Hard to explain with words so this is a must try!

My friend and I recently dined at Dada Shabu Shabu, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was inviting and cozy. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal.
The lunch ayce shabu shabu experience was fantastic—fresh ingredients, 3 meats at a time for the table, and a variety of broths and sauce instructions to choose from. I especially loved the rich flavors of the spicy broth! The quality of the meats and vegetables was top-notch, and they even offer some unique dipping sauces that took the meal to the next level.
I also rate it high for cleanliness. The presentation of the restaurant added to the wonderful experience. Dada Shabu Shabu is definitely a hidden gem in Irvine, and I can’t wait to return for another delicious meal. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hot pot experience!

Automatically added 18% service charge but they won't even clear the table. After asking them three times, waiter started dumping all the plates into the hot pot at the table. Gross! This is a buffet so we have to get our own food and drinks. I guess $70 tip doesn't get you much these days.

The food here is so good, and it's AYCE. Service is excellent. They have some hot and cold foods to put in your hot pot at the buffet table. Servers bring the other meats to you. You will love this place.
Good alternative to all that shabu (irvine). Shaved ice is a nice light dessert to end the meal.

The space is small... the distance from other guests is too narrow... it's not that great. Other than that, everything is good. I think pig’s feet and chicken taste better!
