My server was incredible and the food has always was awesome! The place is clean. Everybody is friendly and there was a gal named tree that helped get me seating per my special request because I have a neck injury. She was fantastic.

This place is way better than the one at the Block

Such a weird experience at the front desk at 9:20. A member of the team on the left side of the desk said he was with this location for 7 years and they never had pool tables or shuffleboard. While I couldn't tell if he was on any substances I do know that since I have been coming here sine 1997 that they had pool tables and shuffle boards. I am so sorry this location is on the verge of closing allegedly.

After waiting 40 minutes for a table, at 6pm, the hostess told our party of 6 they just weren't able to seat us. Would've been good to know while ypu seated other groups behind us.

This is going to sound dramatic, but I promise I’m sugar coating how terrible the service is here. I have never been treated so poorly, to the point that I laughed and genuinely asked if they were kidding. Two separate staff members/waiters (and waitress) treated my family and I terrible. I highly recommend going literally anywhere else.

We had a reservation and when we got there we were told it'd be an additional hour. When we checked back in an hour they told us we were late. Another 45 minutes of waiting and they finally got us a table. The manager had an attitude with us asking about our reservation timr

I hosted a birthday party at Dave & Buster’s and it was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. From the beginning, there was poor communication. We first spoke with the party manager, who told us one thing about pricing and what was included. When it came time to review everything and pay, the total and details were completely different from what we were originally told.

The food was a major issue. I ordered food for 20 people, but the portions were so small that it was only enough for about 4 people. This was completely unacceptable. On top of that, they did not have a fridge or any way to store our birthday cake, which you would expect when hosting a party.

The service was terrible. Staff were rude and unprofessional. We were told the food would be ready, but later they refused to prepare it and said they could not do it because the kitchen was closing. No one took responsibility or tried to fix the situation.

Overall, the lack of organization, misleading information, rude staff, and extremely small food portions ruined what was supposed to be a special celebration. I would not recommend hosting an event here.

We had incredible Service like always. Our server Anthony is always super helpful and always a pleasure to chat and see. Thank you for having great service! Food also bever disappoints after you changed your menu a couple of years back.

Great service. Watched game 7 of the World Series. Amazing atmosphere and space to watch the game.
