Such a weird experience at the front desk at 9:20. A member of the team on the left side of the desk said he was with this location for 7 years and they never had pool tables or shuffleboard. While I couldn't tell if he was on any substances I do know that since I have been coming here sine 1997 that they had pool tables and shuffle boards. I am so sorry this location is on the verge of closing allegedly.

After waiting 40 minutes for a table, at 6pm, the hostess told our party of 6 they just weren't able to seat us. Would've been good to know while ypu seated other groups behind us.

This is going to sound dramatic, but I promise I’m sugar coating how terrible the service is here. I have never been treated so poorly, to the point that I laughed and genuinely asked if they were kidding. Two separate staff members/waiters (and waitress) treated my family and I terrible. I highly recommend going literally anywhere else.

I hosted a birthday party at Dave & Buster’s and it was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. From the beginning, there was poor communication. We first spoke with the party manager, who told us one thing about pricing and what was included. When it came time to review everything and pay, the total and details were completely different from what we were originally told.

The food was a major issue. I ordered food for 20 people, but the portions were so small that it was only enough for about 4 people. This was completely unacceptable. On top of that, they did not have a fridge or any way to store our birthday cake, which you would expect when hosting a party.

The service was terrible. Staff were rude and unprofessional. We were told the food would be ready, but later they refused to prepare it and said they could not do it because the kitchen was closing. No one took responsibility or tried to fix the situation.

Overall, the lack of organization, misleading information, rude staff, and extremely small food portions ruined what was supposed to be a special celebration. I would not recommend hosting an event here.

My son had the best time. The food was amazing and so was our waiter. I definitely recommend coming to Irvine area and Dave & Busters any time!

We had incredible Service like always. Our server Anthony is always super helpful and always a pleasure to chat and see. Thank you for having great service! Food also bever disappoints after you changed your menu a couple of years back.

We made a reservation for a birthday dinner, but the experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, no one was at the area we had reserved. I went to the bartender three times just to get a server, and after waiting about 20 minutes, I finally had to ask for the manager. Only then did a server show up. When we ordered, they brought the wrong food for the birthday boy, and while the rest of us were eating, he had to wait another half hour for his meal. The food itself was just okay, nothing special. It looked messy and greasy. Even though we were seated away from the games, the place was still loud and hard to enjoy. Overall, not a good experience. The birthday boy left unhappy, and we won't be coming back.

The server Jeff could not have been more accommodating. We were there for a high school reunion/meet up. There were more than 30 people there, multiple checks, no one seated, all mingling around and making it difficult for him to get around. He kept it all straight, found extra seating for us, and did an excellent job. Thank you! It was perfect.
