Asked for well done fries. Nope. Couldn’t get that right. Since that was the second time getting it wrong I decided to leave a review.
Stuff is cluelessness when it comes to customer service. Just shy of rude. but rude would take effort. Felt like I was inconveniencing them when I went inside to order. Place could use a deep clean.
Will be a hard pass to return.

This location is becoming the absolute worst of all of the locations I visit. Drive thru staff barely say hi, I’m given the wrong order half the time and when they do screw up (which if often) they do seem to give any care that did they so. For example, I went through the drive thru, half my order was missing, discovered that when I got back to my office. I called them to ask them to provide me with a refund for the missing items and all they said was “Come back now”. I explained I couldn’t as my lunch was short and they respond with “ok. Can’t help then”. Do better Del Taco.

I ordered 2 chicken tacos, they were quickly cooked in 3-5 minutes, everything was delicious, but the staff seemed to be not happy that I was here and I was very uncomfortable and ashamed

I’m going to be very straightforward and simple. DEFINITELY 💯 good people providing delicious food 24-7 everything else is just super awesome 😎. Y’all made my family feel special and appreciated right after walking through the door were . Coming back over and over again will continue too 👍🏼

I placed an online order and when I got there I had to wait quite a while for it. Normally not too big of a deal but even after waiting almost 15 minutes once I got there, I was missing two items from my order, one of which was a pretty large item. On top of that, I asked for no tomatoes on one of my burritos and it was covered in them. While I’m not allergic to them, what if I had been?

Generally I enjoy the food, most stuff is good, staff is generally pleasant, my issue is in the fact that every time I go (a few times a month), I ask for fries well done (otherwise they’re cold and floppy), and when I get my food every single time I directly ask the person at the window if they are well done and they flat out lie and tell me yes when they are not. I have had them actually make them well done only twice out of the dozen or more times I’ve been to this location. Its not an issue at other del tacos, I always get well done fries. I’m legit just not gonna come anymore for that specific reason. I have a thing about food textures and I can’t eat the normal fries, so I literally throw them away and it sucks when I’m looking forward to them. Tell your employees to take the extra 30 Seconds and make well done fries and not lie to customers maybe

Awful service the employees were not wearing gloves, hands looked all dirty and my food looked like a mess definitely dissatisfied need to report this to corporate.
