Quite disappointing. I was starving after work and ordered a grilled chicken burrito, only to find out that it's cold on the inside with frozen pieces of lettuce. They refunded me no problem which is great, but the cook told me to ask for it well done next time.
While i understand if I wanted it hot and crispy I should ask for a well done, but even a regular burrito shouldn't have Frozen pieces of lettuce. I didn't even have time to get my replacement food since I had to leave, I just grabbed my refund and left

Hit or miss - I go here due to proximity of my home. Triple check your items there's been a couple times they left out or given me incorrect fry size (smaller than what I paid)
I did do the contact us form to dispute last month and have not heard back.

Be careful ordering the 3 snack tacos on Tuesday for $1.29. There was so little meat, lettuce and cheese I was being punished for ordering the special. I realize they are smaller tacos but not with little inside. Order #10069 6:41 pm location #1114.
