I used to eat here daily for lunch because I work close. At least 1/5 to 2/5 days a week, the order received was completely wrong. Was always when one specific younger girl was working the drive thru. Became so common that co-workers would take bets on how many of our orders wouldn't be what we ordered. Never appeared to be an accidental food upgrade. Order a $10 steak burrito, recieve a basic bean and cheese burrito. It's been almost a year now. We used to say something, but most of us were afraid to get our reworked food spit on for bringing up the issue so many times. Didn't want to submit this review till after we've stopped going to this location for the same reason. On the plus side, when receiving what we ordered, the food was always good 👍

If you ever want to be greeted by a splash of grumpy hisses during Sunday daytime hours, the manager who is the chunkiest person, without eyeglasses, of this place is your perfect match. She won’t even acknowledge you, looking downcast as if someone she knew just passed away, even when there are barely any customers around. And if you’re lucky, she might grudgingly acknowledge you with a bitter snap to bid farewell. Good luck with this joint-its staff might be better suited for crime scene cleanup or working at the county coroner’s office.
