I went and ordered a burrito. I added items on. They charge for add one. They have button on their online for ad ons. Yet when I ordered. They did not add on. When I told them they said they gave me the wrong burrito. I came back. They did not add on again. I called them. It was odd. The manager said they don't modify menu items. Huh? They have add on or meat sub buttons online.. the workers refuse to make it according to ticket.

I placed a drive-through order, and the man at the window was rude. He even forgot to give me my chips. When I went back to pick them up, he didn’t apologize at all. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had—very poor customer service.

Our first visit and we had just driven for 12 hours and were hungry. The crispy tacos were pretty good and with the salsa even better. My wife liked her fish taco even though it didn't have alot of fish. The bean burrito was a disappointing. I thought it would be better. The lemonade was tasty and refreshing. The guy taking the order was friendly and pleasant. Appreciated that after the long drive.

Food is delicious and affordable. Employees are gruff and you can hear them playing rap music loudly in the background using the n-word through the drive thru. It's your cheap local open late dive. Exactly what you expect but if it's before 1AM, you're better off going to in n out for food safety and price (and friendliness) unless you're really craving "Mexican" food.

NO GO! I have not given this rating in any of my many reviews. While the food is better than most fast food Mexican food places, this specific Del Taco location has been getting very rude service and takes a long time get you your order. I have been going here for years and this was my very last time. They do not honor the coupons that sent to my house for this location and when you try to use them it like you asking them for a favor. this was the LAST VISIT here. perhaps another location.
