The workers are very friendly. My issue is with the self ordering system. The screens don't register your touch. You must press everything several times to get your choice to register. I also don't know where the selections are so it takes even longer to order when I used to be able to look and a menu and just tell someone what I wanted.

This Del Taco has done a lot to turn itself around. After years of terrible service, I tried them after they completed a remodel and was surprised as how much better the store has become. The staff are friendly and have great customer service. And its so convenient to grab a bite on the way to Doheny which is a very short walk from the restaurant.

I've been stopping in here for lunch during my time in the area visiting a customer of mine and it's been a good experience every time. So far 3 visits and no issues or complaints. I walk in and take out and generally find a shady spot to park and eat. Inside the facility is clean and well kept. I will be stopping in again when I visit customers in this area.
Don't go between 10:30 pm and 11:30 pm because their truck load will be blocking the drive-thru.

Ordered food online here, pick up time was about 5 pm on the 24th, and the drive thru person didn’t greet us or say anything, but was chatting profusely with what I assume was a coworker. She was wearing a G.O.A.T. sweater but the only thing she is the greatest of all time at is giving into her emotions and being unprofessional. I eat here several times a week and always had great customer service. They also didn’t give me the food I ordered. They make all the other team members who strive to provide good customer service and work hard here look terrible.
