From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome with genuine energy and professionalism. Keyshaun brought incredible attention to detail and made sure everything was perfect, while Parham added a great vibe with his friendliness and care. You can tell they both take pride in what they do, it really shows in the service. It’s rare to come across a team that combines efficiency, warmth, and consistency at this level. Cashiers are mad cool they replaced my order no issues even though it was my fault and ordered my hot bird with jalapeños. Stopped by Dizzy Bird at the Irvine Spectrum after shopping and ended up really loving it. Their chicken is spun instead of fried, which makes it super juicy and flavorful.
I ordered the Classic Bird Wrap with a sweet potato and both were great. The DB sauce added a lot of flavor, and the sweet potato was soft and nicely cooked. I also tried the half chicken plate, which comes with two sides. I chose the roasted lemon garlic potatoes and the pesto pasta salad. I went with the spicy lemon garlic flavor on the chicken, and it was served with pita, pickles, and house sauces. Everything tasted fresh and well seasoned.
I also had the Cali Salad, which was crisp and refreshing. The Caesar dressing was creamy without being too heavy, and overall their dressings are all solid choices.
Definitely a reliable option at the Irvine Spectrum when you want a flavorful, well-prepared meal. It’s also a big plus that their menu is halal, which makes it an easy choice for a wider range of diners.
Even though they were extremely busy, food came out in a timely manner, hot, and delicious! One of my favorite places to eat!
