I had a terrible horrible experience here today. I’ll never come back again. I asked the waitress could I order on the table QR code. She said yes. So I ordered on the table app a simple noodle dish to save time during lunch. Being patient and Sitting for more than 40 minutes. People come late than me already eating multiple dishes. I get no water no explanation nothing going on. Just sitting there like an idiot. Eventually I was able to wave waitress down was told oh there are problems with kitcken equipment. There is a delay. And you just telling me that?????? It’s been 40 minutes and they didn’t even start cooking my food yet while everyone else came later than me already eating… and the waitress all of sudden asking me is this for to go? After I already sit down for 40 mins???????if this is not rude, unprofessional and zero care to customer, I don’t know what it is. I stood up and left. Hungry and speechless, time wasted, day ruined.

Amazing place! The food is absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Portions are great for the price, and everything feels very reasonably priced, especially for the quality you get. Another big plus is the parking: plenty of space and no hassle at all. Overall, great food, fair prices, and convenient parking. Definitely coming back and highly recommend it!

I had a wonderful experience at Dolan’s Uyghur Cuisine. The food was absolutely amazing with rich flavors, perfectly balanced spices, and everything tasted fresh and authentic. The hand-pulled noodles were outstanding, full of texture and aroma, and the bread was soft, and complemented the meal perfectly.
The service was just as impressive friendly(I forgot to ask the girls name )attentive, and welcoming, making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. You can really feel the care and passion behind both the food and hospitality.
Definitely a place I will come back to again. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience authentic Uyghur cuisine in a warm and comfortable atmosphere.

Amazing food and great atmosphere! the portions are generous. Everything tasted fresh and full of spices. I especially loved the laghman and manty — truly authentic Uyghur cuisine. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to others!

I finally made it over to Dolan’s Uyghur Cuisine in Irvine, and honestly, it’s one of the most interesting meals I’ve had in a long time. If you’re tired of the same old takeout, this place is such a breath of fresh air. It’s this cool mix of Middle Eastern and Chinese flavors that you just don't find everywhere.
I had to try the Laghman, which is definitely their most popular dish for a reason. Watching them hand-pull those thick, chewy noodles makes all the difference—the texture is incredible. I also grabbed the Lamb Kebabs, and they were seasoned with so much cumin and spice; they had that perfect charred flavor.
The vibe inside is really welcoming and feels authentic, not like some polished corporate chain. It’s the kind of place where you can tell the people in the kitchen actually care about the tradition behind the food. I left feeling totally full and already planning what I’m going to order next time. If you’re in Irvine and want something that actually tastes unique, you’ve got to check this spot out.

I have never eaten Uyghur food, so I decided to try Dolan's. I ordered two items and both were delicious!
Uyghur Polo: the rice tasted great and lamb was perfectly cooked, very tender. I would definitely order this again.
Manta (steamed dumplings): the dumplings are filled with beef and are very juicy. Topped with black pepper, which adds a nice flavor. I would order this again.
The service was good, the waiter was attentive. It's very nice inside. Comfortable chairs. Clean bathroom.
I can't wait to come back and try some new dishes!
