12:07 when called for my order; the lady proceeded to be very unprofessional and rude, and when I mentioned the delivery policy, she proceeded to lie and make fun of me because of it

I live less than a mile away from this location when I pay 6 dollars for delivery in less than 5 minutes, it counts as tip for me! Ok?
So no Mr John I don’t you calling me in a “ leave it at the door “ order with request of not knocking so you can ask for tips !!!!
Then Idefinitely don’t want to listen to a sarcastic comment from you for a happy new year!
People like me pay for your paycheck we are not millionaires if you like a bigger paycheck that’s not my problem!!! For all I can tell you are not qualified even for this job!
What a Rude customer service !

The terrible severs made me not even want to give it a one star rating! Oh BTW guys, they don't allow coupons! They will just cancel your order and block you in the ordering system! Now you won't even be able to order from other dominos. Shame on you for this behavior. I've recorded the call and I'm defending my rights. You'll pay for your racism.See you in court.?

They lowered their quality comparing to before. There is hardly any meat on the Philly cheesesteak pizza. It used to be a lot better. Also the lady who pick up the phone hardly spoke English.

Jose was the worse. People online orders can have a little complexity to it and you have to be more aware. I wasn't and it pulled an old phone number and didn't have my Apt number. Which is weird because I have had a delivery previously. All I did was hit reorder.. major feasascle.

But you would expect some form of empathy... I'm Not Jose.. probably not even his name..blamed me for everything..no problem, I will take the fact that you had an old phone number and no apartment number. He was even willing to deliver the cold pizza again...?. But when asked for proof of my refund, he had no information of my email...wait... You know where I live, you have my banking information but you don't know what my email address is... Customer Service at it's finest !

Domino’s is Domino’s, but it ain’t your Grampa’s Domino’s! Their updated menu is decidedly superior to what they used to offer. We ordered the Pacific Veggie Pan Pizza (no onions, extra cheese), and it was delicious. The tomatoes were flavorful, the mushrooms were roughly chopped which made for a more flavorful chunkier mushroom experience, and the olives and fresh spinach were plentiful and tasty. We also got the Melty 3-Cheese Loaded Tots. These are a great way to round out a meal, especially with the Ranch and Honey Barbecue dipping sauces. Next time, we’ll get a salad too, to add a cool freshness to our other rich savory choices. They brought our order out to our car, as we’d opted for that when we ordered on the app; and thankfully included paper plates and napkins. We could have used was forks for the tots, but oh well. The one thing I wish was clearer at this location is whether or not it’s ok to eat our Domino’s at the nearby food court tables just a few stores caddy-corner to Domino’s - it’s sort of enclosed and looks like it might be JUST for the food court businesses. We opted to just eat in the car, which was ok (just like pandemic times! #ugh). Overall a good fast-food pizza experience.

Vegetarian options: The menu contains a few clearly vegetarian options, and the dishes are all quite customizable, catering to each vegetarian’s own preferences.

Parking: The parking situation isn’t bad, but this location is in a an upper-middle scale strip mall that’s quite busy, and the free parking lot is often quite full. Lots of fast food counter service places, so there’s bound to be a spot opening up eventually. Domino’s does have a couple of parking spots dedicated to their patrons.

I’m pissed the pizza was burnt, all meat pizza only had cheese and jalapeños, 6 year olds don’t eat jalapeños. Never again
